I purchased this home in 2008 and recently renovated the entire town house. It is a great place to stay for business or vacation and now is available for you. It is directly next to the new City Centre, which provides endless entertainment, dining and shopping.

Close to everything in the Memorial area of Houston. House is clean with all the amenities you'd expect. The convention hotel was sold out so we were looking for plan B and found this townhouse. It was great to hang together with a glass of wine and play a game of pool.
We were in town for superbowl. Wanted to be out of the downtown area, but close to food, drink, and golf. This place was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and safe. Right across the highway from the new City Center, which has a ton of places to eat, drink, and be merry. Owners were very accommodating even though they were relocated to Dubai. When the game makes it back to Houston, we will be staying here again!
Terrific location, virtually across from Town & Country, close to Memorial City and Energy corridor, and easy drive to airport and downtown. Well maintained property with good appliances, usable outside space and a pool table!
This was our second stay and would return and recommend to others looking in this area.
We rented this home as a base for 7 family and friends visiting town for my daughters wedding in West Houston. The home is located very close to Beltway 8 and I-10 with easy access to both freeways. The home was much larger than we had expected, was fully equipped and the furnishing were very nice. The beds were all very comfortable everyone slept well during the visit. The small patio / yard is nice but a little noisy due to the closeness of the freeway. However, inside the home was quiet and the freeway noise was not a problem.
The home owner was easy to deal with and made sure we had all the information we needed. The security deposit was refunded quickly within a week of our stay.
We would definitely recommend this home for families or groups visiting West Houston.
We stayed one week and had a great time. Location is great for everything Facility was modern and very clean Renting and accessing was perfect.
