Evolve Vacation Rental

Glad we stayed there .
Wonderful property. Just what we needed. Wish WiFi worked for all.
The location was excellent. Off the main strip of downtown Moab but close enough to go for quick visits. Tons of trails right nearby, centrally located between Arches and Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point. The pool was a huge hit for the kids every afternoon when it got really hot. We appreciate that the owners left their discount tags for the local market, saved us quite a bit of money on groceries. Kitchen was well appointed, though the toaster didn’t work. We didn’t bother calling anyone since, unfortunately, it was difficult to contact the company who rented us the property. We booked through VRBO, but it was also listed through another company that was not very responsive. At one point I wondered if we actually even had a reservation, which is disconcerting to say the least.
My only real issue with this rental was dealing with Evolve - VRBO was very responsive. The property was great and we’d definitely stay there again given the opportunity. Thank you for sharing your hike with us!
Accommodations were just as pictured. Everything we needed was there and pool was only a block away which was great for the kids. Out of the Moab traffic but close enough to access everything.
Very nice place, plenty of room for my group of 10. The only thing that didn’t work, was the toaster.
My family was impressed! Beautiful, Brand New, Comfortable
We family was impressed with this property. It is listed as a townhouse, but in effect it is more like a "duplex" style, a whole house onto itself, just joined by one wall to another house. It is huge, super tall ceilings, nice kitchen, a spectacular master bedroom and humongous open bathroom area! There were two other rooms for our kids with one other bathroom. The A/C worked great! I've saved the best for last: The View. The Walled Patio (super private). The Nigh Sky. We saw so many stars the first night I couldn't even make out constellations. The stars are so bright, so close feeling. There is more and more construction out the way of the house, so I hope it keeps the night sky view! If not, drive 20 minutes to Arches National Park and it will always be the best view of the stars!
Pros: Nice, new, modern, great living room, fanastic patio, close to restaurants
Minor inconveniences: GPS took us to a communal parking lot in the neighborhood. My husband was able to find the house in a few minutes.
Great house! We'd visit again!
It was everything we expected from the photos. We were delighted that the kitchen was so well appointed. Outdoor grill, views, neighborhood and pool were all terrific. We will book again when going to Moab.
