New In 2003 With Central Air & Washer/Dryer! - The 2 tvs (50' and 32') have family cable. The master bedroom suite is on the 3rd floor and has a queen and trundle (full size) bed. The bunk bed has a single top, a double bottom and a single trundle. There are two outdoor faucets. A patio umbrella is provided. There is no phone. There is WiFi. Newer 3 story shore house on barrier island. Newer furniture and furnishings in beach decor. Clean and comfortable, master suite, has a deck with a view of the ocean. Full kitchen and bathrooms on each floor. Parking on site for 2 cars. House rents from Saturday to Saturday in season, but can be rented by the night off season with a 2 night minimum. Please note that we do not rent to anyone under 25.
Please note that you will need beach passes for Chadwick Beach and not Lavalette. Passes are available under the tent on the beach at the end of the Atlantic Avenue entrance.

extremely close to the beach, perfect, cozy house.Great family neighborhood. Close to every thing needed. restaurants ,Boardwalk, etc.. would definitely recommend!

Polar Plunge 2024

Only stayed one night but loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was. Wawa was only 1 block away, which was super convenient. Just a few houses from the beach, and although it was February and pretty cold, we enjoyed a nice stroll on the beach under a full moon. House was very clean and comfortable. Even allowed us a late check out so the polar plungers could take a nice warm shower before heading home.

Our family has owned this shorehouse since 2009. We love to be at the home, but need to rent so we can pay the carrying charges. It is ideal for a family seeking quick access to both the beach and bay.
