Space to relax in Tofino
We enjoyed our week in Tofino, and it was great to have plenty of space to unpack and relax. The house is close to the centre of Tofino, but very quiet. It is extremely well equipped {in fact the only thing we didn't find was an iron and ironing board, not that we wanted one!) and comfortable. Paul is very quick in responding to any queries.

Comfortable accommodation with wonderful view.
We found this home extremely comfortable and the location within walking distance of downtown Tofino. As visitors from Scotland we enjoyed exploring the area, having encounters with wildlife and being in awe of the scale of the temperate rainforest landscape.

Weekend in Tofino
This was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away with family. I'm visiting BC from the UK and this was my first visit to Tofino - it didn't disappoint! The accommodation was fantastic too and exactly as it was described. The condo had all facilities as well as superb views from the deck and living room. It was a short walk into town and was extremely comfortable. I will definately recommend. First class!

Beautiful spot marred by dredging noise
When we arrived this place seemed perfect - even watched a family of river otters cavorting under the aloof stare of a blue heron from the balcony. The view of the inlet, surrounding mountains etc just as in the picture and the apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Slight gripe that the blind in bedroom has no string so cannot be lifted without danger of damaging whole thing so view a bit restricted from there. Then the next morning the early morning nightmare started - at 450 on a Sunday morning and went on until 3, and every day thereafter, except for the day we booked an early boat departure when it started at 630 just as we were leaving - one day it started around 3am. I live under the Heathrow flight path In London and this was worse because it didn't come and go but was right outside our window - to either side of that beautiful view is a working dock and they were dredging it right outside our window.. I like to sleep with window open especially with fresh sea air, obviously we had to close it but it was so loud it made little difference. We still love the flat and the location - evenings were peaceful but it certainly blighted our first day and although we got used to it we got very tired.... tofino as lovely as I remember - sadly I don't think I'll get there again so this was a real shame. Without the dredger I'd recommend this place wholeheartedly - would have felt better if I'd been warned. Be aware the boats come and go from dock so always noise of some kind but it's the constant jcb digging that got to us.

Well presented, and priceless views
I am going to start off with the stunning views from the deck. I really enjoyed looking at the view that changed with the tides and the daylight. I travelled with 4 other adults and we all enjoyed watching the 'passing sea lion' and the circling bald eagle. We were all really pleased with the accomodation, it was exactly as described. It was very clean and had great facilities. The living area is a kitchen diner. Fully stocked kitchen, seperate toilet downstairs. Upstairs the master bedroom had a picture window that framed the stunning views. The second bedroom was functional and had two single beds. Access to the building was very easy via a keypad. There is a dedicated parking space. It is an easy 5-10 minute stroll into Tofino centre. We took kayaks and we could access the water down a couple of steps. This is the first time I have done this type of holiday and I would have no reservations recommending it.

My wife and I have two daughters and we live in Richmond, B.C.

Why they chose this property

We began visiting Tofino when a good friend moved there with his family to become a fishing guide. Over the years we visited them and came to enjoy the secluded tranquility of Tofino as well as the many outdoor activities that it had to offer. When we started a family of our own and the opportunity to purchase this unit presented itself, we jumped at it. Over the years it has become a second home to our family. It's a wonderful place to get away from the everyday stresses of life and to lose yourself in nature. Our children have grown up knowing our 'Tofino home' is a place to enjoy the outdoors while exploring the beaches, fishing, prawning, and surfing at Chesterman Beach.
