From the tv and the ice maker not working the first night, to the air conditioner being out on the last day and night, I should Have realized it was going to be a complete disaster!! When I tried to call the "24/7" maintenance line the voicemail box is completely full...I finally called the reservations line and said that I wanted to be moved only to be told by a very rude woman, "we are not moving you for a broken ice maker and tv ma'am." The resort is out in the middle of nowhere....and I mean NOWHERE!!! The cab costs $17 each way....save your money and use it to stay at the very nice Resort up the road. Oh, and the pool area is horrible!!
