Stairs, Stairs, Stairs! Are you tired of starting your beach vacation hauling all that luggage and groceries up all those stairs. The Dreamcatcher is the place for you. The 400 lb cargo lift makes luggage and groceries a breeze. And how about those daily trips for ice? Not here, the house is equipped with a commercial ice maker, so grab an icy cold beverage and take in the spectacular ocean, sound and lighthouse views from one of the three spacious decks. Ample deck seating (updated in 2012 to include dolphin watching chairs) allows everyone to relax and enjoy the sites and sounds. Located just three lots back makes an easy walk to the beach. Soak in the ocean view hot tub or curl up in front of the gas fireplace (seasonal) or simply relax and read on the 1st floor deck swing. Gourmet meals and exotic drinks can easily be prepared and enjoyed in this well equipped kitchen & spacious dining area or savor the flavor in the many local restaurants. Deep sea fishing and all of the watersports the OBX has to offer are within a few miles. Truly a place to relax and enjoy all this nationally recognized seashore has to offer, providing a dreamy beach getaway.

About David Mobley

Our love of the outer banks goes way back in history. The Dreamcatcher is co-owned by 2 couples. Dave & Kaye Mobley & Dave & Nancy Emnett. Dave E has been visiting since the 60's. The Emnetts as a family first vacationed in OBX in 1981. The Mobleys first discovered the beauty of the OBX in in 1987 they were invited on vacation with the Emnetts. We are all born & bred Buckeyes & reside in the Dayton, Ohio area. In 1999 our dream vacation became a reality with the purchase of the lot & construction of the Dreamcatcher. Since then both our families & friends have enjoyed our beautiful home away from home countless times. By career, Mr. Mobley is a CPA owning his our firm. The other three are all in the medical field with 2 nurses & a respiratory therapist. We both have grown children (2 each) & 5 grandchildren (at last count), We all share the love of dogs & have allowed them to be part of our beach life. We have had been blessed with wonderful memories made in the Dreamcatcher & invite you to make your own.

Why David Mobley chose Frisco

The property was originally looked at by the Emnetts due to lack of pet properties and one very wet week in a pop top camper with 2 kids & 2 labs. We have loved the Frisco area due to the secluded beaches & local fare. The 2 families have enjoyed many vacations in the area & when approached about a partnership, the Mobleys jumped at the chance.

What makes this house unique

The spectacular views are the Dreamcatcher's finest quality. With only park seashore to our north, we have an unobstructed view of the coastline as far as you can see including a view of the lighthouse. The third level deck offers beautiful sunsets views & is exciting for storm watching. The short walk to the beach makes it easy to spend time there.
