Farangi House is part of Another Island - five uniquely restored holiday homes at the top of St. George hill in Antiparos, overlooking Despotiko island and the Southern Aegean.
Originally constructed in the 1860's, Farangi House is a restored miners accommodation, complete with extra-thick walls that keep the house cool even in the hottest summer days. There are two separate buildings, joined by a pergola and and outside sitting area. The west building has a master suite and the kitchen and living room, while the east building houses one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single rooms - sharing a bathroom. The master suite is actually a converted kitchen - the old wood-fired oven has been preserved.
Farangi is the most private of the properties on Another Island; while it still offers sweeping views of the Southern Aegean, it is also blessed with a view of the ravine on the edge of the property - with the large rocks offering a dramatic backdrop and creating an ideal place to meditate, relax under the stars and truly connect with nature!
