NEW LISTING! This stylish, immaculate 4-bedroom, 1,600+ sq ft house is the perfect place to stay. Located on one of the oldest streets in America, the area is rich with history and the house is steps to the Mayflower II, Plymouth Rock, the waterfront and all the action of the downtown Plymouth. Take advantage of the many bars, restaurants, shops and concert venues Plymouth offers. Enjoy fantastic beaches, great fishing, boating and whale watching. Parking for 3 cars.

The entire house is yours. All new mattresses, furniture and bedding. Furnishings were chosen with the best inns of the world and your every comfort in mind. Super clean, stylish decor, recently renovated and extremely comfortable. Enjoy 4 bedrooms (3 with smart TVs), a brand-new kitchen with all the amenities of home, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and 42” Smart TV, free WIFI, and a full dining room with plenty of dishes, glasses etc. The home has a brand-new bathroom with shower and bathtub, a second newly designed bathroom with shower in the lower level (complete late March 2023), separate laundry area, great fenced-in, outdoor courtyard in the back, and a spacious front porch complete with rocking chairs for your use. There are gleaming hardwood floors throughout and lots of New England character. Choose whether you want to cook from home or walk to one of the many nearby restaurants. Very safe location and well-lit.

The home sleeps 7 comfortably with room for others in the basement living room ($50 additional fee per night for each guest over 6). Bedroom 1: King, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: Twin, Bedroom 4: Twin with twin trundle, Basement: Queen bed. While the home sleeps more than 7, we keep to this limit so not to overwhelm our cleaning crew.

The large, well-maintained garage can be rented for a small additional fee per night. The garage offers extra outdoor space and is complete with white lights and paper lanterns, a table with 6 chairs, a grill, cooler, ping pong table, dart board and bikes. Please inquire upon booking.

Private parking for three cars is available in the driveway as well as street parking. Minimum night stay may be negotiable depending on bookings. Security deposit applicable on weekly (or more) rentals.

We love to meet and greet our guests whenever possible, but if not, there is coded access from the back door. We are available for any reason and a caretaker lives closeby. All house rules, suggested hot spots and area tips will be listed for our guests.

Great for families, wedding parties, friends and couples and offers a great value compared to renting multiple hotel rooms.

Brilliant stay

This is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Beds so comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, living room great! In the middle of Plymouth, greats restaurant’s and great bars. Easy to get to Boston on the train from Kingston and a short drive to the ferry for Martha’s Vineyard. Also a ferry to Provincetown which is a great place to visit. We WILL be back next year!!! 10/10 xxx

Plymouth adventure

Team Meeting in America’s Hometown

The house was conveniently located close to the waterfront and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars. It was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the house very clean. The driveway situation was tight due to a major construction project going on smack next door. The workers passed through quite often. They were friendly but it was a little stressful having so much activity going on so closely to our cars. We live locally so were aware the building next door was being renovated but there was no mention of the construction in the listing (that I am aware of). Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot for "Girl's Weekend"

This house was perfect for us. Off-street parking for 2-3 cars, walking distance to the waterfront (Plymouth Rock/Mayflower) and lots of restaurants and shops. A separate bedroom for each of us. Very welcoming home. The main purpose for the trip was to see America's Hometown Thanksgiving Parade and it was just a hundred foot walk away from the house.

The Captain’s House Rocks!

Our stay was fantastic! Great location walkable to everything. The home is beautiful inside and out! There were five adults on our family group and we were very comfortable.
