Stunning Property on the Waters Edge

Sea Wash Cottage is a stunning property positioned on the waters edge of Sooke Harbour/Basin, enjoying fantastic views. The cottage is well equipped and within walking distance of local amenities. Great location for exploring the southern part of the Island

Perfect. Just what we needed.

I spent a lot of time researching many properties around southern Vancouver Island and Sea Wash Cottage was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was quiet and quite secluded, yet still a reasonably easy walk into town if we wanted. The cottage was very comfortable and well-appointed. The views from the cottage and decking were great. We spent many an hour just staring out over Sooke Harbour either from the cottage, the decking or the hot tub. We felt very close to nature from the great comfort Sea Wash cottage has to offer. We would wholeheartedly recommend this excellent holiday home.

Wonderful property in a perfect location

Our family had a lovely week at Sea Wash Cottage. Jeff and Shelley were great hosts, and their property is not only charming but very tastefully and well kitted out. Being right on the water means the views are fabulous, interrupted only by some amazing wildlife, and we got to go fishing and canoeing whenever we felt like it. We’d definitely come again - thank you Jeff & Shelley for sharing your wonderful cottage with us.

A little corner of Paradise

We spent a week here and loved the peaceful environment. We saw otters, eagles, Harbour seals, hummingbirds, goslings, and enjoyed the geese in their natural habitat. Shelley is an excellent host and has a very comfortable cottage. As you can read, we really enjoyed our stay here!

We live in Victoria and love to get away to our cottage in just 35 minutes we feel like we're hundreds of miles away from it all.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I purchased this property because you just can't have a house any closer to the water!
Jeff was raised in Sooke so knows the area very well he said this place has it all Fly fishing at your doorstep salmon fishing minutes away and the town of Sooke 2 minutes away.
I love the peace and quiet, watching the wildlife, sipping wine in the hot tub, reading by the fire or entertaining friends with fresh crab caught right next to our float ... heaven.
