This spacious, high-end apartment is located in the heart of Boulder on beautiful Mapleton Avenue. It is just three blocks from Pearl Street and a ten minute walk from the University of Colorado campus. You can walk to all of the treasures downtown Boulder has to offer - from excellent restaurants, microbreweries, and coffee shops, to concerts, parks and sporting events. Some of the best hiking trails are just 10 minutes away.

The apartment is a garden level unit in a single family home, with a private entrance, completely renovated and fully furnished. This gorgeous Mapleton house was originally built in 1925 and has been carefully remodeled by the owners to keep its historical character while using the latest technologies for comfort and durability. The apartment has 1000 square feet and two bedrooms, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom and a beautiful private patio. It is equipped with a luxurious queen sized bed, a full bed and a large living room sofa. Hydronic floor heating is used for quiet and efficient heating.

This apartment is perfect for visiting professionals, visiting professors and vacationers. Although not necessary, on and off street parking is provided if needed. Come and check it out, you will love staying in our beautiful apartment.

About Helen Yankovich

We came to Boulder first time in 1998 for a visit and fell in love with it. The following year we moved from Washington DC and have been living here ever since. We never regretted leaving the big city. We are very active people who take full advantage of all Boulder has to offer: amazing hiking, running and biking trails, kayaking in the nearby Boulder Reservoir, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and soaring above gorgeous Rocky Mountains. Thus we can give you ample advice what to do and where to go. We have a baby boy and a 4 year old Weim Lucy who accompany us on most of our exploits. We love our home and we hope you will too!

We can't thank you enough for opening your beautiful home and allowing us to have a fantastic visit to Boulder. We loved having a "homebase" everyday after exploring and hiking everyday!! Your proximity to Pearl St. was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed all of your restaurant suggestions. Salt was the best! The girls really enjoyed the running scenery as well and can't wait to revisit for altitude training! Again, thank you for your home. It was a perfect stay and we will be back!

Wonderful Enclave in Convenient, Beautiful Neighborhood

Loved staying in this residence! Private, quiet -- a retreat from the world. Immaculate, welcoming, and nice furnishings made our few days there feel like home, yet enough of a vacation as well. Easy to walk to Pearl Street. Helen was the consummate host -- kind, responsive, and friendly. I hope to stay here every time we return to Boulder.

Great location, very cute!!

We were just here 2 nights but I could imagine staying a week! Feels like you are coming home, so cozy a fully stocked! Helen was great to work with and I hope we come back soon to stay in this home away from home!

Perfect Stay

The property is the best we have used in Boulder in our many trips. Completely equipped, high end finishes, ideal location, and engaged helpful owners. More great things to see and do within walking distance than we could get to, and we stayed eight days. We look forward to our next stay.

Quaint apartment in heart of Boulder

Apartment was clean and updated. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Great walking distance to Pearl Street for coffee and breakfast every morning. Our kids loved to walk downtown because they got to pass the chicken coop that was in a neighbor's yard just a block south of the house. Very friendly owner, she let my boys play with her son and on his playground. Will stay here again when we visit next!

Beautiful home, great location

My sisters and I stayed here April 28 - May 2. Lovely home in a great location. We were only 3 blocks from Pearl St and 5 blocks from my daughter. Even though it snowed the whole time we were there it didn't stop us from walking every where. Would definitely would stay there again.
