The apartment is a garden level unit in a single family home, with a private entrance, completely renovated and fully furnished. This gorgeous Mapleton house was originally built in 1925 and has been carefully remodeled by the owners to keep its historical character while using the latest technologies for comfort and durability. The apartment has 1000 square feet and two bedrooms, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom and a beautiful private patio. It is equipped with a luxurious queen sized bed, a full bed and a large living room sofa. Hydronic floor heating is used for quiet and efficient heating.
This apartment is perfect for visiting professionals, visiting professors and vacationers. Although not necessary, on and off street parking is provided if needed. Come and check it out, you will love staying in our beautiful apartment.

About Helen Yankovich
We came to Boulder first time in 1998 for a visit and fell in love with it. The following year we moved from Washington DC and have been living here ever since. We never regretted leaving the big city. We are very active people who take full advantage of all Boulder has to offer: amazing hiking, running and biking trails, kayaking in the nearby Boulder Reservoir, skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and soaring above gorgeous Rocky Mountains. Thus we can give you ample advice what to do and where to go. We have a baby boy and a 4 year old Weim Lucy who accompany us on most of our exploits. We love our home and we hope you will too!

All the comforts of home, very clean and well appointed. Basement but big windows so very light and bright.
Lovely place to call home for a Boulder visit.
Apartment was just as advertised. Lovely, large space in a perfect location. Very clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need for our 4 night stay while visiting our daughter, including a nice private patio to sit outside. Helen was a perfect host, allowing us our privacy but available if we needed anything. We highly recommend this rental.

This property is essentially a downstairs add on to the existing home who's owner is also the owner of this rental. They're nice individuals, though we didn't see much of them. The area you're renting is kept fairly separate from the rest of the house / yard. It was clean, well kept and contained everything necessary for a stay. There was a TV with access to ApplePlay in the main living area. No TVs in the bed rooms which is great sleep hygiene lol :) We were only given one key to access the property, which was a bit problematic. I do wish they had keypad access, but all in all, a great stay. Thank you Helen!
Location and flexibility!
This is a sweet little place in a quiet neighborhood, but it’s also just steps away from Pearl St. We came out because we have kids in the area and found the apartment to be a great home base. The kitchen is well equipped. We made dinner for our family of 5 and it was easy. Helen was very accommodating to our schedule, letting us arrive early and stay late, which we very much appreciated, as was the complementary bottle of wine!

The residence had everything stocked with little need to buy most necessary items other than food. Great location, and short walk to Pearl and center of town.
