This is an early 1900's nostalgic farmhouse with great bones and character that is rich in history with it's origins in farming, later housing for pastors of local churches and for local families in the area. In 2007, I converted the property to a Bed and Breakfast/Yoga Retreat Studio. For 2018, I have changed my rental concept from BNB to house rental of 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with 5 guest maximum.
Even though no longer functioning as a Bed and Breakfast it is still licensed and inspected annually by the Town and Department of Public ensuring cleanliness and safety for guest occupancy.
The convenience of this location cannot be matched for enjoying a vacation on the Cape! Just one hour from Boston, Providence, RI or Provincetown (tip of Cape Cod). The ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is located is 10 minutes away in neighboring Hyannis, the busy hub of the Cape. There are so many attractions and activities it would be too hard to list them all! Just to name a few .. quick access to Sandy Neck Beach , one of the Cape's most beautiful beaches, offering lots of time for sunning and swimming, but also 8 miles of walking trails through the dunes, not to mention beautiful sunsets. The Old Village Store is located next to the property offering coffee, breakfast sandwiches, full deli, beer, wine and other gourmet items.
