Villa Riviera is a lovely, five bedroom, Provence-style detached villa its own private swimming pool and garden, wonderful views of Cannes and the Mediterranean, approached by a very steep private road, approx. 100metres above sea level, it gains benefit from a gentle evening breeze from the sea.

It is less than 10mins walk from local shops and six local restaurants, 30mins drive from Nice airport, less than 2 miles from the famous Cannes Croisette and beautiful golden beaches.

Master Bedroom: 1 double four-poster bed and fantastic views of Cannes & the Sea. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed with sea views. Bedroom 3: twin single beds. Bedroom 4: double bed. Bedroom 5: 2 x double beds. Bedroom 1,2 & 3 have french doors to balcony.

The garden surrounds the house and is approximately half an acre, which is split into smaller sections as it is terraced on the the side of a steep hill. There is also a fenced in swimming pool, perfectly positioned to compliment the outlook from the house

Bedroom 2 (12' x 12') large bedroom with twin pine beds, sunny balcony and fantastic views of Cannes & the Mediterranean, opening onto the balcony. Bedroom 3 (13' x 10') double bedroom with sunny balcony and fantastic views of Cannes & the Mediterranean, there is access via the french doors to the balcony as well. Bedroom 4 (11' x 11') double bedroom with a shared en-suite bathroom. This room has a nice view over the garden. Bedroom 5 (18'x 12') large bedroom with a shared en-suite bathroom. This room has two double beds, so it can be used as a double or twin room.

Notes:
The garden surrounds the house and is approximately half an acre, which is split into smaller sections as it is terraced on the the side of a steep hill. There is also a fenced in swimming pool, perfectly positioned to compliment the outlook from the house. (Please note, the swimming pool is not heated and may be covered during Winter. It is generally available for swimming from May until September). There is an area of flat lawn which is fun for Children to play on and a flat area just outside the lounge doors has a large dining table and 10 chairs, plus the barbeque under a floodlight, ideal for evening meals. There is also a car standing area , large enough for two cars, right by the entrance to the house, however, there is no parking problem or traffic passing as the Villa is accessed by a private road, which is very steep indeed!
