This ideally located apartment, sleeping up to 4 persons, set in luscious enclosed gardens with a swimming pool, is only 750m away from Burriana Beach & 15mins walk to Nerja town centre.

The apartment has recently been renovated and cleverly designed to comfortably cater for 1-4 guests:

In the living area are, two, 2 seater sofas which allow relaxing viewing of the installed satellite HD TV, or from the selection DVD's available. The TV has all the main UK channels; BBC, ITV, CHANNEL 4 all in HD. There is also an air-conditioning unit to keep you cool & refreshed in those hot summer days.

From the living room, through the recently installed patio doors, as the apart net faces west, you can relax and watch the sun set on the balcony. The newly modernised kitchen is fully equipped, with brand new units and breakfast bar. The bathroom has been completely modernised; after a day on Burriana beach, to revitalise you, a corner shower has been installed. In the bedroom, as well as 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors has been fitted, which gives ample storage. A ceiling fan & another air conditioning unit have also been fitted for extra comfort. Additional sleeping is created by folding out the metal action sofa beds in the lounge. A comfy night's sleep is guaranteed; each bed has a memory foam mattress. Sleeping in the lounge area also has the added benefit of watching HD TV or DVD's in bed!!!! Pay-As-You-Go WiFi is installed. Ideal for browsing the internet or checking emails, without the need for finding a WiFi bar or restaurant! Please see below for examples of approx speed and prices:

Excellent Stay

My wife and I spent a wonderful fortnight at Samantha and Wayne's apartment in October 2017.

From my first enquiry communication was excellent, this even involved a return email on Christmas Day! Either Samantha or Wayne we're in constant touch with me throughout the period leading up to our stay which was very pleasing.

On our arrival at the apartment we we're greeted with two plumber's and a leaking water pipe, this would have been a great shock but Wayne had already texted and emailed me to let me know of the problem, once we were at the apartment the agent rang the plumber who in turn told me that they had carried out the work and everything was fine. Within minutes Samantha rang me to check that everything was okay and that we were happy with what the plumber had told us, this showed Samantha and Wayne's attention to detail, making sure that we were comfortable.

The apartment itself has all that you need for a relaxing holiday. The living room has TV with plenty of UK channels, WiFi if required (payment extra), plenty of books for reading if wanted. A separate bedroom, with two single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The recently renovated and roomy bathroom has a shower with hot water available all the time. The kitchen has all requirements if you want to eat in with oven, microwave etc together with a breakfast bar. The balcony look's out onto the garden's, it is very spacious with a table and four chairs plus two sun loungers which came in very handy when the sun came round (in early October the apartment got the sun from 14.00 until 18.30). When we did eat in the apartment we always used the balcony as you are not overlooked in any way.

The swimming pool was much needed in the hot sun, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves, occasionally one of the residents would pop down for an hour or so but on the whole this was rare.

The area where the apartment is situated is a 10/15 mins stroll down to Burriana beach, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The centre of Nerja takes around 20/25 mins with a leisurely walk but there's always a bar or two if you feel the need for a rest!

There are two large supermarkets 15/20 mins walk from the apartment, go back up to the main rd (N340), turn right, keep walking and you will come to a Sol supermarket on the left and shortly after a Mercodona on your right.

We would not hesitate to stay at Samantha and Wayne's apartment the next time we visit Nerja.

Lovely apartment,peaceful & quiet in good location

Travelled light only cabin case as washing machine in apartment, two way airport taxi arranged by Wayne great. Apartment lovely, clean, comfortable, well equiped, lovely gardens and pool, aircon was a blessing very hot. Short stroll down to beach, old town, vast amount of restaurants and bars. Short stroll up to large supermacado perfect. Great place to chill, apartment great value for money would strongly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay

We have recently returned from a lovely ten week stay at this apartment.The location is ideal, situated ten minutes to the Burriana beach and a further ten minutes into Nerja centre.There is a good selection of shops and restaurants at the beach and a larger more extensive selection of both in town.The apartment has all the facilities required for a short or long term stay.It has a lovely view of the well kept gardens which has a very nice pool.There are two large supermarkets five minutes walk away.We thought this apartment was good value and we would recommend it.

Ideally equipped and located

We spent eight weeks here to escape the English winter.

It was a home from home, with everything we needed, and supermarkets a 5-10 minutes walk away. Burriana beach also 10 minute walk, while the town with its shops, bars and restaurants a 15-20 minutes pleasant walk. Always sad to leave Nerja.

Andalucia has over 800 km (497 miles) of coastline of which most is sandy beach. Unsurprisingly, 'going to the beach' is the single most popular recreational activity for tourists and residents alike.

Sunbathing on beaches generally becomes popular from late May, when the Chiringuitos (beach bars) start to open. The sun beds are set out and the paddle rafts and jet skis are prepared for the season. The average water temperature at the Costa del Sol is 18°C / 64°F (24°C / 75°F in August).

During the winter months, the beaches are mainly enjoyed by walkers, joggers and fishermen. The winters are mild with beautiful sunny days, so that sunbathing is even possible then and you may well have the beach to yourself. There are no private beaches in Spain. Everyone has the right to walk the entire coastline.

The beaches in Nerja are Burriana (the largest), Calas, Calahonda, Caletilla, Playazo, Salon and Torrecilla.

Golf: Nerja is one of the most delightful villages in all of Spain. It has grown somewhat since the 1960's, but not in the same way that many of the more spoilt and concrete developments of the western Costa del Sol. Most of the property in Nerja is built on one or two levels only. There are some large buildings with up to seven storeys but in the main, Nerja has retained its charming village-like status. It has a number of urbanisations that have grown up and matured since the 1970's like El Capistrano, San Juan, Oasis, Punta Lara and Fuente Del Baden but have been built in the typical andalucian style on one or two levels with whitewashed walls and the old fashioned 'rejas'over the windows. The gardens of many of these developments are now very mature and beautiful and almost always extremely well cared for.
