This ideally located apartment, sleeping up to 4 persons, set in luscious enclosed gardens with a swimming pool, is only 750m away from Burriana Beach & 15mins walk to Nerja town centre.

In the living area are, two, 2 seater sofas which allow relaxing viewing of the installed satellite HD TV, or from the selection DVD's available. The TV has all the main UK channels; BBC, ITV, CHANNEL 4 all in HD. There is also an air-conditioning unit to keep you cool & refreshed in those hot summer days.
From the living room, through the recently installed patio doors, as the apart net faces west, you can relax and watch the sun set on the balcony. The newly modernised kitchen is fully equipped, with brand new units and breakfast bar. The bathroom has been completely modernised; after a day on Burriana beach, to revitalise you, a corner shower has been installed. In the bedroom, as well as 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors has been fitted, which gives ample storage. A ceiling fan & another air conditioning unit have also been fitted for extra comfort. Additional sleeping is created by folding out the metal action sofa beds in the lounge. A comfy night's sleep is guaranteed; each bed has a memory foam mattress. Sleeping in the lounge area also has the added benefit of watching HD TV or DVD's in bed!!!! Pay-As-You-Go WiFi is installed. Ideal for browsing the internet or checking emails, without the need for finding a WiFi bar or restaurant! Please see below for examples of approx speed and prices:

We enjoyed our 1-week stay at this property. We found the apartment clean and well equipped. Everything in working order. The beds were comfortable, and the building was quiet. No need for heat or air-con at this time of year, great weather for sitting on the terrace, which gets a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. The grounds and pool were very well maintained... this appeared to be one of the few developments with adequate surrounding green space. The location is convenient walking distance to the best beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and bus terminal. Anything in Nerja is within a 25 minute walk.
The owner's communications were prompt, courteous and concise. We were able to arrange PayPal for the transactions. A pleasure to deal with!
Day-trips to Frigiliana and Granada are highly recommended.
We had a fantastic holiday at this apartment. Quiet location and home from home comforts. Apartments very clean and comfortable and we were very pleased with our choice. It will not be our last visit. Owners very helpful arranging transfer and whole booking went like clockwork. Would not hesitate to recommend this place.
We have stayed in quite a few holiday apartments over the years, but not many have been as well equipped as this one. It is very much as described, with the washing machine, freezer & oven in particular being very useful. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and have a drink in the evening. The gardens & pool are very well maintained & every bit as attractive as the photos suggest. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
This apartment was perfect, extremely well equipped and clean. Wayne was good enough to book taxi for us as arriving late which made for a trouble free journey. Its about 15 mins downhill to town centre and sea front, and there were also two very good large supermarkets and two good restaurants only minutes up from apartment without needing to go into town.
Well, how can I start, even before we got there Wayne & Sam were so helpful, even arranged our taxi nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was fantastic spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It is in such a quiet area and yet so close to the beech, just a short walk. There are lots to see and explore. Would recommend it to anyone.

Would recommend this apartment to anyone, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Wayne and Sam are so helpful nothing was too much trouble even arranged our taxi transfer. We like walking so it suited us, but there is plenty of parking if you choose to use a car. Looking to arrange our re-visit.

Andalucia has over 800 km (497 miles) of coastline of which most is sandy beach. Unsurprisingly, 'going to the beach' is the single most popular recreational activity for tourists and residents alike.
Sunbathing on beaches generally becomes popular from late May, when the Chiringuitos (beach bars) start to open. The sun beds are set out and the paddle rafts and jet skis are prepared for the season. The average water temperature at the Costa del Sol is 18°C / 64°F (24°C / 75°F in August).
During the winter months, the beaches are mainly enjoyed by walkers, joggers and fishermen. The winters are mild with beautiful sunny days, so that sunbathing is even possible then and you may well have the beach to yourself. There are no private beaches in Spain. Everyone has the right to walk the entire coastline.
The beaches in Nerja are Burriana (the largest), Calas, Calahonda, Caletilla, Playazo, Salon and Torrecilla.
Golf: Nerja is one of the most delightful villages in all of Spain. It has grown somewhat since the 1960's, but not in the same way that many of the more spoilt and concrete developments of the western Costa del Sol. Most of the property in Nerja is built on one or two levels only. There are some large buildings with up to seven storeys but in the main, Nerja has retained its charming village-like status. It has a number of urbanisations that have grown up and matured since the 1970's like El Capistrano, San Juan, Oasis, Punta Lara and Fuente Del Baden but have been built in the typical andalucian style on one or two levels with whitewashed walls and the old fashioned 'rejas'over the windows. The gardens of many of these developments are now very mature and beautiful and almost always extremely well cared for.
