It is located right behind La Cima Mall and is just a short walk (about 2 blocks) to the Quicksilver Chair lift, as well as one block from the complimentary Breckenridge ski shuttle which offers transportation to other Breckenridge lifts and attractions in town. In addition to being right in the heart of Breckenridge, this condo is near five other world class ski resorts: Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Copper Mountain. There is a large network of biking and hiking trails in the surrounding area and outlet shopping is available in nearby Silverthorne.

Great location, nice amenities!

This condo was a wonderful choice for us! My husband and I came to Breckenridge for a wedding at The Lodge at Breck, and this was just down the mountain from that. Just a block from Main Street on the South end of town, and an easy walk to pretty much everything. The grocery store a block away was handy (but be forewarned, it's pricey!).

The bedroom was a bit tight but the bed was comfortable. The TV was great and the closet was handy. However, it did not have a headboard and it appeared that the space between the bed and wall was quite dusty & had not been vacuumed in a while. We would have loved to have a ceiling fan or fan in the room due to the warm temperatures during our mid-July stay, and leaving the window open was a bit too noisy (apparently summer in Breck brings in some partyers!), but it wasn't a huge issue.

The kitchen and living area was perfect! Spacious, well-equipped, and clean! Again, the area around the sofa could have used some additional vacuuming, especially where it meets the wall near the sliding door, but everything else including the appliances and counters were very clean. The restaurant out back can be a bit noisy if the door is open, but it wasn't an issue for us.

The bathroom was very nice as well. The only issues we had were soap scum on the shower liner, shower head, and shower caddy. I was not pleased with that. Everything else appeared nice and clean.

Generally this condo was a great value and was perfect for two or three people. We enjoyed taking advantage of the washer and dryer. The view was gorgeous! Other than a few issues with cleanliness that could be easily fixed and perhaps the addition of fans, it was a really enjoyable stay and we would happily rent this condo again if we travel back to Breck!

This condo is in the best location possible, very close to restaurants and shops on the Main Street. Rachel was wonderful to work with and so helpful. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great Place for a Couple

We had a great time in Breckenridge. The place is clean and we were very comfortable and felt right at home. The only downside is that there is a restraint/bar right below the balcony. The 1st night they had a noisy live singer but we closed the door and the noise was minimal. The night of the 4th the restaurant had a very talented singer so we opened the door and sat on the balcony and enjoyed her music. Overall we loved the place & Breckenridge is a great little town with tons of places to eat & shop.

Right next door to downtown and the mountains

This apartment is in a perfect location. It was walking distance for us to go downtown and check out the shops, and only a few steps away from some delicious beer and food at Brekenridge brewing. The fireplace and deck make this apartment especially cozy and relaxing. We loved stayed my here!

Great location

We had some reservation issue which were all our fault and Rachel couldn't of been more helpful. Big thanks! The condo was perfectly clean, orderly and easy to navigate. The location was smack in downtown with so much within walking distance. It was nice to have washer/dryer, no bringing home laundry. No air conditioning but I'm told that's common. Only thing we wish we had was a fan. The location is loud well past 2 a.m. So that may be of concern for some.
