The Village of Ocean Beach requires all rentals to be at least one week long. Our weekly rentals run Friday- Thursday.

Extensive renovation just completed! Wonderful layout with open living area and spacious L-shaped deck is great for entertaining. Brand new kitchen with Jenn Air appliances, custom solid wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and breakfast bar. Brand new bathrooms with all new vanities, fixtures, and top of the line finishes. Brand new designer furnishings throughout the house including a sleeper sofa. Freshly painted white interior. All new siding and rebuilt Everwood deck. New landscaping in progress. The home is fully air conditioned and is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor shower, outdoor sofa set, and outdoor dining set. We also have 2 bikes and a wagon available for renter's use.

It's all good.

We have nothing but good things to say about this location. It was everything we wanted and more. The greatest pleasure was being able to include our family dogs in the visit to Fire Island. All the appliances worked, as well as the grill, and there was even a cork screw! More than enough room and plenty of towels. We enjoyed having a fire in the woodstove and the location was great. Making arrangements was a simple correspondence and we would definitely stay again given the opportunity. Thank you for the hospitality.

perfect, relaxing week away

fire island is the perfect place to go to get away and relax.... this house was wonderful. a quick walk to town for all the restaurants/shops, but far enough away to be "quiet", and just as close to the beach. being able to bring the dogs with us made it the perfect family vacation. can't wait to go back next summer!

A popular summer resort, Fire Island is known for its pristine beaches, tranquil atmosphere, and laid back charm. The island is 31 miles long and 2 - 3 blocks wide and is comprised of 18 distinct communities, each with its own unique character and vibe. Bordered to the north by the Great South Bay and to the south by the Atlantic Ocean, Fire Island’s beaches are world famous. Less than 50 miles from Manhattan to the Bay Shore Ferry terminal, many people come to Fire Island to escape the hustle bustle of New York City in a relaxing setting, without the attitude and pretension of the Hamptons. Cars are not allowed on the island in the summer months and are permitted during the winter only with a Federal permit. Walking and biking are the predominant forms of transportation, contributing to the island’s intimate, relaxed atmosphere. Residents use wagons to transport luggage, groceries, and other items to and from the ferry terminal, market, or beach. Because of this, the radio flyer red wagon has become a familiar Fire Island icon. The island is also known for the abundance of wild deer that roam freely.
