Cozy and comfortable studio apartment in an excellent location. Perfect for conferences, sporting events, and major downtown attractions. Just steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops and the action on Mass Avenue.
This unit has tons of charm. It’s very comfortable and offers everything one or two people will need for a few nights or a few weeks. The space is clean and inviting with everything you will need to feel at home. Built in the late 1800’s, this 1st floor unit is located in secure building in the St. Joseph Historical neighborhood. There is a queen size bed with lush bedding and plenty of towels. The kitchenette offers a refrigerator, cook top, countertop oven, microwave, dishes, cookware and utensils for everything from a simple breakfast to a full meal. Enjoy light snacks and complimentary teas and coffee. If you're in Indy for work, there is a desk for getting work done.

Quiet getaway

We stayed two nights and it was perfect. Great communication with host. Easy check in and out process. Located right near Memorial Monuments. Most everything is located within walking distance. The apartments size is on the smaller side but was perfect for us. It’s equipped with a small cooktop, microwave, Kurieg, and medium sized fridge. The host also provided a few drinks and snacks (thank you!). It seemed as though there had been some slight improvements since the listings photos were taken as well. The apartment building itself was also a quiet environment which we appreciated as well.

FDIC in Indy

Thank you DJ for such a perfect stay! Communication was excellent and I had zero problems getting into my studio! I was pleasantly surprised to find the room had been updated since the pictures were taken, and it was just beautiful! The bed was crazy comfortable and the location was close enough to get to the Convention Center quickly. I did the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb and the complimentary snacks were appreciated when I returned, to clean up after! Many places in Indy take advantage of the amount of Firefighters coming into town, and tend to raise their rates, but this was not the case with DJ and I was utterly grateful! I definitely recommend this location if you're looking to stay in Downtown Indianapolis!

Quick trip to basketball

A nice, clean studio apartment in the center of town. Excellent amenities and great service. Talked abt staying again when back in town.
