Overview

About the property

The property is a working farm of 75 acres, of which 14 are gardens and parkland

Pepper Tree Creek is one of the grand estates, situated in the Southern Highlands of NSW. The Southern Highlands enjoys four distinct seasons, high rainfall, and areas of rich basalt soil. These attributes have enabled the landscape to develop into a large area of great scenic beauty. Many historic towns with significant architecture sit comfortably in the environs, interspersed by farmland.

Be one of the privileged to look behind the gate of this magnificent property. Enjoy 14 acres of beautiful and diverse cold climate gardens haled by many as one of the best in the whole area. Herbaceous borders, rose gardens, parkland and arboretum, woodland gardens, parterre garden and much more. Beautiful walks including a rare temperate rainforest.

The Accommodation

Enjoy peace, tranquility, and privacy amidst birdsong in an idilic garden setting which when lit at night is like fairy land. The veranda is the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine and unwind from the city. This beautiful quaint cottage which is decorated to perfection is comfortable and cosy with all the "mod cons".

* King size bed and a lounge sofa bed (double) if need be.

Exceptional property. Perfect for a quiet getaway, and some incredible views

  • 5 of 5

Seriously incredible property. Skye was ridiculously accommodating, right down to an email 2 days before arrival to make sure we had the perfect food for breakfasts during our stay and a nice bottle of wine for my partner’s birthday.

The garden is outstanding... I can’t fathom how much work it’s taken. The property itself js small, and perfect. A great outdoor fireplace to keep warm and cook a BBQ while watching the sunset.

Skye was very welcoming on arrival, and left a fresh loaf of sourdough on our door handle every morning.

Thank you. It was exactly the kind of stay we needed. Your property is extraordinary, and so close to Bowral/Kiama.

Owner's Response: Dear Miranda and Cameron, thank you for your kind words, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. You and Miranda were perfect guests and you left the dairy clean and tidy. Gary and I look forward to seeing you again one day. Bye the way we should have mentioned to you that we do weddings on our property. We are finally getting around to completing our website, should you ever consider a country wedding. Best regards Skye and Gary

I WILL BE BACK Just a fantastic experience and better than I hoped for. What the owners have created is well worth experiencing. The birds, gardens and the ambience the owners have created I will always remember and be back to enjoy again. This property has it all and one not to be missed.

I am planning my next stay and can't wait to see the garden and surrounds during the next season change. Just an amazing experience. Congratulations to the owners.Love it.

Skye was a super host.

The property and accommodation was excellent.

The garden is something to believe and can’t wait to see it in the spring.

Highly recommend this accommodation to any couples who like to get away from the hustle and bustle.

Unique luxury

  • 5 of 5

Our hosts Skye and Gary didnt miss a beat when designing this property including the Dairy Shed. Every detail is thought through. We stayed over the Easter wend and were lucky enough to get a fresh loaf of Gary’s Sourdough (unbelievable) and Hot cross buns on Easter Sunday morning. The accomodation is private and very comfortable with walks around the estate and only a 3 min drive to Robertson or 10 mins to nearby Burrawang. A great location if you want to experience the beauty of the Southern Highlands. We will be back to stay here soon. Thanks Natalie and Joe.

Unique and Tranquil Getaway

  • 5 of 5

Very cosy beds, beautifully appointed, everything you'd ever need -whether catering in or eating out. The Dairy's quirky character kept us intrigued at every turn. We've never seen surrounding gardens quite like the treat offered here. Numerous casual walks through the property kept us entertained - but only when we could tear ourselves away from the serene setting of our verandah and cottage. An easy drive to all surrounding shops and restaurants. This was such a comfy, relaxing weekend, in landscaping you must see to believe.... we can hardly wait to get back again. Just superb!
