Streaming TV located in Living room and one bedroom. All rooms are equipped with central air and ceiling fans. Stainless Steel appliances, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dish ware, Glasses, Pots, Pans, Linens and Towels, everything you should need for your vacation. Master Bedroom has a European style King Bed. The 2nd Bedroom also has a King Bed and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Visit our sandy white Beaches like Cape Coral Beach, Sanibel or Fort Myers Beach or some of our local restaurants with great Seafood and Pasta dishes.

Waterfront villa

Beautiful villa situated right on a corner plot of the Cape Coral canals. Villa is as described, spotlessly clean and photographs are accurate. Had a fantastic stay at this villa and will hopefully return in the future.

From outset our experience was positive - perfectly peaceful location - accommodation was superb

From outset viewing property it was for us - totally lived up (and beyond) . I was looking for getaway for family to celebrate my husbands birthday. This was ideal - peaceful and tranquil - ideal for family get together x bbq, pool and dock all brilliant for or chilling evenings together. The boys took opportunity to enjoy some fabulous golf. Honestly we did not feel need to leave the house - as family our times together are short enough - we made most of location and enjoying surroundings and quality family time - was perfect for us - awesome xx Lots of homely touches too - totally would recommend and sorry it had to end x

1st time in Florida!

Overall, the house and pool were good, with a beautiful view of the canal! The layout of the house was excellent with plenty of room for our family of 6. The pool area was probably the best featured area! I do feel the property is starting to show its age though and the pictures no longer give an accurate representation of the current house condition; for instance, there are only 3 chairs at the inside kitchen table and they’re sort of beat up-not sure where the 4th chair went, the carpet had some stains, there was only one oar for the 2 person kayak… but honestly, none of these things were deal breakers. It was in a nice location with a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful- loved waking up to the canal view every morning. We made great use of the hot tub every night, little to cool for the pool. The only problem we had was with the wifi- it was spotty in some of the bedrooms. Location was great for us- we were about 30-60 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to visit.
