This wonderful apartment home is located on the basement level of a Small Boutique Building nestled in one of the most convenient and lovely blocks in the District. It is our newest addition to our portfolio, and is one of our favorite gems!

firstname.lastname@example.org purchased this condo in 2001
I purchased this property in 2001 when the neighborhood was on the crust of development. My how it has blossomed! The neighborhood is alive with several amenities within walking distance. A few steps away are the Starbucks and the Safeway; and restaurants and bars are alive with people illuminating a wonderful atmosphere. It has been a wonderful experience to watch the neighborhood flourish into such a vibrant and lively community!!
I love waking up and hearing the city come alive. I always look forward to my morning stroll to Starbucks and interacting with the people who are out an about. Because we are in the heart of NW DC, I see and hear the Presidential motorcade just enough to remind me why I love this city! The close proximity to EVERYTHING makes this truly a FABULOUS neighborhood!!
My husband and I would strongly recommend this property. The accommodations were wonderful and the location was perfect. A quick ($7) Uber ride to the national mall and short walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We loved staying here and would do it again!
I thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay at this property. It is centrally located, convenient to the Metro and the Circulator bus for transportation, though I found I enjoyed my time the most by walking to my destination. Did not explore the restaurants in the area - I bought groceries from the Safeway instead. The unit is very comfortably furnished and well equipped with linens, kitchenware, and even some tourist information. There was minor noise from the neighbors upstairs, but not enough to be truly significant. I would definitely recommend this location to others planning a trip to DC!
Great home base for our trip to DC! Close to the metro, Safeway and a Starbucks (inside Safeway). This basement home was quiet, clean and well stocked. The host is veryresponsive and great at answering questions!
The property lived up to its description - good size, excellent amenities, convenient location. Zaneta was available as needed during our stay and provided excellent customer service. As we visited in October, the apartment was a little dark due to its basement location. On the plus side, it was easy to go to sleep!
The location was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Being so close to the grocery store was also so convenient. We enjoyed Busboys and Poets (same block as Safeway). The Verizon Center is also close by and to rest our tired feet we also enjoyed a movie there one night. To head to Georgetown, I recommend taking the DC Circulator bus (2.5 blocks from the apartment) and only costs a dollar.
The neighbors above us had heavy feet but generally went to bed around 10:30 and up after 7, so they did not disturb us greatly, but something to consider when booking.
We spent a week here and were very pleased with the location and the accommodations.
First of all, Zaneta responded immediately to all of my questions. Secondly, the location of this unit cannot be beat! We were 2.5 blocks from the Metro, 1.5 blks from a grocery store, 1.5 blks from the bike rental racks and about 5 blocks from Chinatown. We had no need to rent a car.
This rental is a basement unit and we never heard any noise from upstairs. It was very clean, well stocked and had everything we needed Also the bed was extremely comfortable.
I would highly recommend staying here!

As a fyi, a construction project is occurring in a lot behind the property. Work is occurring during the day, on weekdays. Although the construction should not interrupt your stay, during the day you may hear some of the construction from inside of the unit. Our guests have not had any issues with the construction, and enjoyed their stay. Please see reviews for their feedback.
