4 Bedroom / 2 Bath Cabin With Lakeviews
Our lakefront home is located on Faubush Creek on Lake Cumberland (just across the lake from Conley Bottom Marina and very near to Wolf Creek Marina) and is in the Clearwater Subdivision. It features approx. 2000 square feet plus both covered and open air decking.
Our home features four bedrooms (five queen-size beds and two adult size twins (bunkbeds) and two bathrooms (one with bathtub/shower and one with shower).
The two-story house features a gas fireplace with stone surround and a fantastic view of the lake.
Relax on the front covered porch featuring a two seater bench and swing or, opt for the 3/4 wrap around deck overlooking the lake with outdoor lighting and speakers.
The master bedroom is located on the main level and has sliding doors leading on to the rear deck. Upstairs has two further bedrooms in an open concept plan although one of the bedrooms is a bit more private – this room has a queen size bed and closet. The other bedroom upstairs contains two queen size beds, full bathroom, closet and another deck. These upstairs bedrooms are open concept and do not have doors. Accessible either via the side deck stairs or out the front door and around the house is another private bedroom with a queen size bed, bunk beds (large enough for adults) with a couch and TV/DVD player. Our family uses this as the Kid's Cave but we've had visitors who've used it for a family of 4 with the adults in the queen size bed and the two children in the bunk beds. This room has the best views of the lake!
There is a large collection of games and cards for evening entertainment.
Our home is within walking distance of the boat ramp, however, some will find it difficult to walk back up the boat ramp as this is quite steep. It is also possible to drive and park your car at the boat ramp. We have a large driveway available for boat/jet ski and multiple car parking. It is very easy to park your boat in our driveway and move it back and forth to the boat ramp. The steep decline of our neighborhood ramp would require a 4x4.

About Toni Dillon
Hello! My name is Toni Dillon and I'm originally from Louisville, KY. My family and I spent nearly every summer at Lake Cumberland with friends - it's where I learned to water ski at the age of 8 and where I knew I wanted to have a family vacation home and eventually retire to one day. I'm living in England now but we come back to Lake Cumberland every summer for 3 weeks to spend time with family - the cabin is where my husband and I were married 3 years ago - on the back deck overlooking the lake! We're making memories for our children there just like my parents did for my siblings and I. I'm happy to open up our home so that your family can create lasting memories here as well! I hope you enjoy your stay and I look forward to hearing from you!
Toni Dillon purchased this Cabin in 2008
Why Toni Dillon chose Nancy
When I decided to purchase a home on Lake Cumberland I had a picture in my head of exactly what I was looking for and I assumed it would take some time to find just the right place. I went to a website that specialized in lakes and when I typed in 'Lake Cumberland' this house was literally the first one listed. I knew immediately this was the place for me.
What makes this Cabin unique
It is completely surrounded by trees and has the most gorgeous year round views of the lake. I'm a big fan of gravel roads and driveways and it may sound strange but as soon as your car comes off of the paved road and onto the gravel road that leads to the cabin it just immediately puts you into a different frame of mind and you know it's time to relax and enjoy yourself.

Perfect for a great girls weekend!
Really enjoyed our weekend here! The pictures make it look a bit bigger than that it was but that didn't bother us. So peaceful and private. If I had to pick one thing that needed improvement I would say that it could have been a little cleaner, ie. dusty and pots, pans and dishes needed some washing before use. That being said, we would book it again in a second!
Thanks for a great girls weekend ❤️
What a great getaway!!
What a great getaway!! Our family got together to celebrate the graduation of my youngest child from college, Mother's Day and my eldest child's birthday. Couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Kentucky. The weather was extremely hot and the air conditioner worked perfectly!! The beds were so comfortable that sleeping in late was easy!! Enough room for the eight of us. Would definitely come back to this wonderful cabin on Lake Cumberland.
Rustic & charming cabin with beautiful views of Lake Cumberland
I booked this cabin as a Christmas present for my parents so we could enjoy some family time together. We all slept comfortably and ate home cooked meals at the beautiful dining table. The views from all of the decks were spectacular - my mom and I especially enjoyed watching the sunrise with our coffee. We built a fire, roasted s'mores, and rented a pontoon at Conley Bottom (call ahead to get picked up right from the neighborhood boat dock). My family and I made some great memories here.
Very comfortable. Great location but it's more like 53 miles to Cumberland falls. The only surprise was the bunk bed room was inaccessible from inside and had no bathroom so people down there have to go outside to come upstairs for a restroom. Lots of movies, great outdoor spaces, and fantastic common areas. We would stay again
The welcome letter said it was 25 miles. We decided to go there instead of bringing kayaks due to the weather. We changed it in the printed book but your digital one will need to be updated. I think it's because you have to drive around the lake. No worries, it was so worth it
This was the perfect "escape" for a few days over spring break! Plenty of space for us and our five teenagers to spread out, but cozy enough for quality time together. Wish the weather would have been a little more conducive to enjoying the large deck overlooking the lake, but we did enjoy the fire pit two evenings. Loved the large dining table with enough seating for everyone without being crowded! Hated to leave, and would definitely return!
Warm & inviting! The view! Amazing!
We had a wonderful time relaxing for a few days over spring break. It snowed and made it even more beautiful (if that’s even possible). We will be coming back.

This area of Lake Cumberland is visited frequently by boaters and fisherman in the summer months, but I would also highly recommend it in the fall. The crowds thin out when the temperatures cool off, the lake is quiet and tranquil and it’s a time of year when the leaves turn brilliant shades of crimson, orange and yellow. The fall colors here are brilliant and the clear nights put on a star show like no other!
