Fit our needs perfectly!
Close to UW and great restaurants. Cute new tiny house was a fun, unique experience for our family.
Tiny home dream come true!
This cozy home was perfect for a Seattle stay. We felt like we had our own private house for the weekend. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and very clean.
An enjoyable 'tiny house' experience for three adults. We liked the compact set up inside and the ample on street parking. The day we stayed happened to be hot with temperature in the 90's. Eric was kind enough to provide a fan to help keep the air flowing. Keep in mind there is no air conditioning if visiting during hot weather! The beds were comfortable and water pressure good. But note, whoever sleeps in the loft beds really needs to be agile to climb up and down the removable ladder. Also, if the ladder is left in place for the bed above the bathroom, access to the bathroom during the night becomes a tight squeeze. Overall, we found the house to be just right and Eric to be a good communicator.
Super cute! We enjoyed our stay. Could use an air conditioner. It was a pretty hot day when we were there. The fans definitely helped. Beds were comfortable and loved that the tv was easy to view from the master. 😃 Also... entrance was a little confusing but we made it to the back yard. Maybe an Entrance sign is needed?
Such a cute house! Nice residential neighborhood.
It was a lovely (if tiny) house. Great for two or three people.
Tiny House Adventure
This place is awesome. It was surprisingly spacious for 4 people including a 6'5 man who slept in the top loft. I have to say they had the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on that wasn't the one in my house.
Aside from the house (which had everything we needed), it's also in a great location. 15 min from downtown, 15 min to Ballard, a very short jaunt over to UW.
What a great experience!
