Stay in a one-of-a-kind property half-a-block from the Hyatt and Rupp Arena and one block from the Hilton in the heart of downtown Lexington. Every room makes a statement with vibrant artwork, bold architecture and real hardwood, granite & marble flooring throughout.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other a queen-size. There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other a large triangular Ultra Thermo-Massage tub. The condo can easily accommodate 5 people. The 5th guest has a choice of sleeping on the comfy sectional or an automated air mattress. In addition, there is a foyer with seating, a large full kitchen stocked with everything a kitchen should have, a comfortable living room with a 65' flat-panel television offering free Netflix, Hulu Plus and Amazon Prime Video and 140 channels of Dish programming. Secure, free high-speed WIFI internet is available throughout the unit.
Check out our reviews, this property is our passion and with its unique amenities there is nothing like it in downtown Lexington.
Location, location, location.
Walkable to everything downtown has to offer, easy access to the Horse Park. Just steps away from Rupp Arena, The Square, Farmers Market, and many, many restaurants and bars.
Last year we (two retired couples) stayed here and found this unit to be absolutely perfect--wonderfully appointed--comfortably furnished--located within walking distance to many down town attractions and within easy driving distance to surrounding sites. Add to this the hosts who are gracious and easy to work with and you have the reasons we returned for our second visit. Looking ahead we hope we are able to enjoy this place again. It does not disappoint !
We stayed in this condo for our wedding weekend. We were married downtown and the location was fantastic. We were close to our venue, restaurants and guests staying down. The condo was beautiful, and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was the perfect place to celebrate the weekend!
Everything about the experience and the property were top notch!!!!!!
There aren't enough superlatives to describe this lovely condo. It's in a great location for visiting the Bluegrass area. The owners have thought of everything, and then some. (I'm talking to you, iMac in the kitchen, with local tourist information at the ready!). The place is immaculate, quiet, and perfectly laid out for two couples to thoroughly enjoy the space separately and together. There's lots to do in downtown Lexington and the surrounding area, but we found it hard to tear ourselves away from our Luxe home base. That's the sign of great lodging. Once you do tear yourself away you can tour Keeneland, a horse farm or two, a distillery or two (or more), several great restaurants and local craft breweries. Don't miss breakfast at Doodles and breakfast or lunch at Windy Corner. A walking tour of the Gratz Park neighborhood is always fun, as is a visit to the garden and grounds at the Henry Clay Estate. The new Allltech distillery and brewery is nearby, and is a great example of bringing modern design and technology to an age-old process. For bourbon history, the Buffalo Trace distillery in Frankfort is just down the road a bit, a pleasant drive past a number of beautiful horse farms. It's not officially on the Bourbon Trail, so if you're touring distilleries be sure to add it to your list. Midway is a lovely little town with several excellent restaurants. It's easily incorporated into your horse farm/Keeneland/distillery itinerary.
We were in Lexington for a wedding and were so pleased with this condo. John met us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the condo which is more comfortable than images represent. He was quickly available with information and any needs we had. The location is perfect since it is walking distance to downtown Lexington. We enjoyed the Woodland Art Fair on Sunday and a quick trip through the Lexington Cemetery. John is knowledgable of the area and extremely helpful with additional recommendation of things to do and places to eat. I can't give this listing a high enough review. We certainly look forward to visiting Lexington again and staying at this lovely property.
Traveled to Lexington with my son for a wedding last week. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and our stay in this condo. The unit was clean and very well appointed. The location is great. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and a nice park with a cool waterfall. Awesome sunsets from the balcony and also from the rooftop pool and lounging area. Owners were very helpful with information about the area. We will definitely reserve this condo on future trips to the area.
