This beautiful Victorian was gut renovated. The inside feels like new construction while the outside stills reflects the old world charm of the late 1800's. This family friendly home is a short .8mi to the beach (4min bike ride or 12-15min walk), and on a main street with many restaurants and shops. This block also has plenty of on street parking. You are just about guaranteed a spot right out front. Not being on a beach block has its benefits. Parking will never be an issue and traffic is less likely farther north on the island. Most of our neighbors are year round residents, so you will be sure to have a relaxing vacation at the beach. This is a corner house with a great wrap around porch and large second floor deck for your enjoyment.
We have a beach box at the end of Broadway for the 2016 season to store all of your beach gear, so you do not have to lug it back and forth everyday.
This home is equipped with a gas grill, central air, WiFi, cable(2 flat screens), and smart DVD player.
We provide blankets, sheets, pillows, dish soap, starter paper products, a fully equipped kitchen and basic kitchen spices and condiments.
You will need to bring laundry soap, hand soap, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, washcloths, beach chairs and beach gear.
The first floor: large gourmet eat in chefs kitchen, a sun room with a trundle bed that converts to a queen, living room, full bathroom/laundry room.
The second floor: Master bedroom with steam shower jacuzzi tub TV and two queen beds, bedroom with one queen bed, full bathroom.
Third floor: loft bedroom with two twin beds.
NOT INCLUDED in rental but 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 on the property with private separate entrance available for an additional fee:

Close to the beach without the hassle of the beach traffic and lack of parking. Just a 4 min bike ride to the beach. We are also pet friendly.
Our stay in this beautiful Victorian home was a privilege. It is the perfect size for a larger family. The location is ideal. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the beach crowd yet close enough if you care to walk or drive the very short distance. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is relaxing and close to a farm stand that we visited every day for our local fruits and vegetables, a very short walk to a local grocer and many many other amenities. The house itself has been completely renovated and yet it keeps its old world Victorian charm. The front porch is expansive and very welcoming on an early summer morning. The owners were very attentive to any issues or questions we had, both before and during our visit. A bonus for our family is that the house is pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog with us. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The pictures tell the story. We look forward to our return trip next summer.
We brought our three young children and one older German Shepherd, and everyone adored the house. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, and convenient. The kids are small enough that we had to drive to the beach, but it would be walkable (definitely bike-able) if it were just the two of us. We had a minor issue with the wifi, and the owners with attentive and helpful. Really great property--highly recommended.
This was our first time renting in Cape May and we had a great time. Highly recommend for large families with school aged children and elderly people. My parents have difficulty walking up huge staircase steps and the apartment behind this beautiful modern Victorian home was very convenient for my parents. When the whole Cape May Point lost power, the owners were available and was very informative and accommodating. We will be definitely coming back. Convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants.
The house is very beautiful inside and outside and has a nice large living space inside. The kitchen/dining room is perfect for everyone to gather and have a meal. The wrap around porch and deck upstairs provide nice outdoor space. The only downside is being on a main street with a narrow sidewalk where the traffic is busy. The owners are very nice and easy to get in touch with.
This location was just a good, if not better than described. It was spacious, beautiful and clean. The owners were extremely helpful!
We will be going back to this same house often!
Had a great time at this gorgeous, modern Victorian home. Owners did their best to make sure we were comfortable. Great place for kids, families. We love Cape May and come often, but this was our first time staying at a home, and we'll be doing that from now on! Restaurants, shopping, beach are a bit of a walk, but we didn't mind that. Would recommend to anyone!
