Only minutes from Salt Lake International airport, world class ski resorts, Gateway and City Creek Malls, Vivint Smart Home Sports Arena, Salt Palace Convention Center, the Utah Symphony, Temple Square, food markets and dozens of restaurants! You can walk to everything, including the Utah Ski bus, so no car is required, but if you do bring one you’ll be happy to park it in the secured covered parking.

The Warehouse Condominium building was built in 1910 and served as a grocery warehouse and later as the home of Twirl Town Toys in Downtown Salt Lake City. Located at 327 West 200 South, this old warehouse was converted to loft condos in 1997. This beautiful conversion has a brick exterior and a secured gated entrance. The interior has a multi-level court that opens to the sky and has original ducts, piping and other visible, rustic warehouse features.
This 1100 square foot condo is located on the third floor (yes, there is an elevator) and was fully remodeled in 2013 with top of the line appliances, cabinets, counter tops, floors, and paint. It features exposed brick walls and large picturesque windows.
Ron is a Delta Air Line pilot. Wendy is a Realtor specializing in the vacation rental market and is a former vacation property manger.
We have the benefit of traveling often for both work and pleasure. Whenever we visit a hotel, rental home or B&B that we like, we take notes and photos of what makes it special. We've tried to put as many of these special touches in our vacation homes as possible and we are always looking for fresh ideas and suggestions.

Location, location, location! The Salt Flat is close to everything we enjoy about downtown Salt Lake City, yet only 35 minutes to great ski resorts.
We picked this condo because of it's outstanding urban location. We love the fact we can leave the car parked and everything we need is within a few blocks. We've equipped the condo nicer than our primary home so staying in and cooking and entertaining is a treat. If we (we means Wendy) don't feel like cooking there are over 50 great restaurants/bars within a 15 minute walk. Awesome movie theaters and IMAX is a 1/2 block away.

The Salt Flat condo is one of the best properties we've rented. Wendy was very easy to work with and kept in close communication with us. The condo is beautiful and extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved the lavender shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower gel. The bed felt like a tempurpedic-type mattress - very comfortable. We appreciated the availability of a laptop and a Bose. Wendy left a lovely bottle of wine for us. Really great stay!
Great place. Roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were of great quality, and the bed was super comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The building is in the old warehouse district with other converted warehouses. Great restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Also shopping, movie theaters, comedy club, the planetarium, and children's museum are within walking distance. It's close to TRAX which can take you to downtown within minutes. The building is on the west side of downtown, which tends to have more homeless population. This isn't a big deal to us, except for the time my husband said "good morning" to one and he responded by screaming profanities. We learned if we leave them alone, they leave us alone. The owners were responsive and seemed genuinely interested our having a great stay. They stocked the condo with items of great quality, as if they lived there themselves. We would definitely stay there again.
Great place that was just as advertised. The owners provide lots of extras in the flat, as well as, very helpful brochures and tourist guides so you see the best of Salt Lake City. All questions were answered quickly and the directions for accessing the property were detailed and helpful. I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends who want to be close to everything downtown SLC has to offer.
Having a great condo to rest in after exciting days in Salt Lake City was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in The Salt Flat.

There are many SLC Bike share stations - http://greenbikeslc.org nearby with the closest being across the street. Buy a pass and have unlimited 30 minute trips. You can park your bike at the many locations around the city, like our favorite grocery stores, Harmon's Market at City Creek or Whole Foods at Trolley Square.
Closer to home there is a small organic market, Jade Market, open 7 days a week, just a few doors to the left of the condo and a block the other direction is Tony Caputo's Market & Deli.
