An immaculate, professionally decorated home built in 2002 that features 1850+ square feet of living area. The main living area features ceramic tile flooring, an open family room with entertainment center, and over sized kitchen perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has an island, custom cabinets with pullout drawers, built -in wine rack, and breakfast table for two. The family room features a leather couch and love seat and 2 chairs for ample seating. French doors separate a den equipped with a queen bed. The master suite includes a king platform bed, dressers, bath with vessel bowl sinks, glass door shower, and large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, dresser and closet.
Also a large, covered back patio and a 7500 gallon heated salt water pool with privacy wall and desert landscaping. Patio table seats 8 and bar seats 5 for viewing sunsets over the White Tank mountains in the late fall and early winter.
The house has an over sized garage with ample storage cabinets. Bikes are provided in the rental. A golf cart is included in the rental.
Guests can participate in all the activities listed below as long as one renter is 55 years or older. Guests obtain an activity card through the CAM business office for a fee depending on length of stay.
This home is located nearest the Cimarron, one of two main activity centers. The centers feature fully equipped exercise rooms, exercise classes, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, spa, tennis courts, pickleball courts, lawn bowling, and bocce ball. There are community club buildings for photography, ceramics, art, stain glass work, woodworking, and poker. There are 4 excellent 18-hole golf courses within the community. There are many restaurants, markets, and theaters nearby.

We had been snow birding to the Phoenix area since retiring. We found the Sun City Grand (SCG) area in 2011, rented there in 2012 and bought our property that year. We liked the location, orientation of the house, floor plan, landscaping, pool, privacy fence, and mountain views.
The back yard has a North-West exposure to enjoy evenings on the private patio and Arizona sunsets over the White Tank mountains. It is very convenient to amenities within SCG as well as shopping and dining in Surprise.
A refundable $1000 security deposit due upon completion of the contract. Rental and cleaning fees due sixty days prior to occupancy.
