Very Nice Stay
Great for family of 4 (We has 5 so grabbed an airmattress from Walmart). Can access Walmart via the parking garage. Very quiet condo. Functional balcony. Room was just a hallway down from pool access. However, the pool is very small. Whole Foods delivers groceries direct to apt door (via Amazon Prime). We ubered everywhere for about $10-12 a trip. I had read concerns about transients in the area, but had no issues with that at all. Other than the normal groups around any given Walmart, the area near our entrance was clear and safe. Beds very comfortable. Lyric does a great job with the property & had several items in stock in the apt for use which was very appreciated (coffee, tide pods, extra towels). Great stay.
Great place. Thank you
Nice property for getting around DC.
Thank you! We cannot wait to host you again!
Clean and comfortable
Good location. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed balcony.
Great value and location
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here! Centrally located enough for DC sightseeing trip and a quiet comfortable place to return to at the end of each day. Appreciated convenience of Walmart next door and the thoughtful amenities provided like coffee and toiletries. We compared prices with downtown hotels and have zero complaints given the reasonable rates for a two bedroom apartment that was this nice.
Great location and very good condo concierge
The condo is very small but well equipped and comfortable. Had several light bulbs out, but in pretty good repair otherwise. Good value.
A great location, very helpful staff, nice apartment that looked exactly liked pictured. Access was easy. Only two small complaints: 1) there were supposed to be two "key fobs" but we only found one -- when I asked Lyric for another, I had a nice reply, but never got the additional fob. 2) We needed to "check" our luggage on check-out day so we could visit more DC sights before our evening flights. At a hotel this would not have been an issue, but the concierge at apartment said they couldn't (didn't have room), but thankfully did relent and let us leave our stuff.
