This colossal penthouse has an enormous balcony equipped with Jacuzzi and is located at the top of the luxurious Palms Place Hotel and Spa. This 4-Diamond rated resort is located about a mile away from the center of the Las Vegas Strip. Guests love the ability to open the doors and step out onto the private balcony, a feature not available in most neighboring hotels.
The penthouse is complete with 2 luxurious, leather pull-out sofas, premium TVs and a beautiful, modern fireplace. Put your feet up and enjoy the FREE Premium TV channels and high-speed internet.
On the left side of the penthouse is the game and living area—a perfect place to have fun and entertain for everybody. The dining area is located just steps away from the state-of-the-art kitchen perfect for socializing with your friends or family while you cook. The fully-involved kitchen has everything you need to make meals in the privacy of your own suite. This includes all the dishes and cookware, along with a top-of-the-line fridge, ice-maker, wine cooler, and dishwasher. Not all suites in this hotel offer a private washer and dryer, but this one has it all.
This Penthouse is equipped with complimentary high-speed internet and premium channels for your viewing pleasure when not out on the town.
For ultimate space, privacy and relaxation there are two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms and large closets. Billiard cues were all broken, so was the bathroom tub which shot a leak to the ceiling and the hot tub didnt have enough water. I stayed for a week and called maintenance and house keeping every day they answered but never came at all!

It is one of the Ultimate VEGAS experiences definitely worthy of your consideration!!

The Corner Suite has the Best View from the master bedroom and the living room. Simply Jaw dropping views! Amenities were great! Master bathroom and Guest room both had soaking tubs with great views. Pool table, Large Screen TV with Netflex, youtube, Amazon Prime ready, plus cable tv. Jacuzzi was nice and hot, plenty of room on the balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy the view and lounge. Nuff Said, BOOK IT AND EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOUR SELF!! BEST PART ABOUT THIS CONDO IS THE PRICE THAT BEATS ALL OTHERS!! THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES!! WILL DEF BOOK AGAIN!!

Great space and location but things don’t work. Could be incredible.

We paid a lot of money per night including all the fees that add on top for two nights over a weekend so expectations were set fairly high. You can’t access the penthouse until 5pm and even then we had to have cleaners come back to remove vomit from the balcony. The hot tub was just a pool of hot water as jets didn’t work and hot tub operating screen broken. The master bedroom steam shower flashed an error message all weekend and never worked, there is no sound system so music had to be played through a tv and included WiFi network was unavailable so had to buy additional internet to play the music through the tv. Sleeps 12 supposedly but bedding was provided for just two beds. Resort pool under construction and inaccessible. There is so much about this place that could be great if anyone actually cared as the view and location are awesome but This amount of money per night, there are so many better options in Las Vegas.

Bit of disappointment

This is nice suite that has not been well maintained and let go unfortunately!!! Definitely no room to sleep 12 as advertised. Only two beds and 2 pull sofa beds, even at 2 people per bed, there is only sleeping room for 8, INCORRECT ADVERTISEMENT. Beautiful view, balcony, plenty of living area for comfortable stay. However, fireplace in LR did not work Managing company claimed the pilot is off and no one available to fix it!!!, shower heads spray everywhere, no coffee or tea left in the room, no extra sheets or blankets for additional sofa beds, no chalk for the pool table in the unit, Wifi did not work and took few phone calls to managing company the next morning to get it fixed. Tried to address all the little problems with them but they kept apologizing but could not do anything about it. Point is, we paid a lot of money to use this LUXURY suite for the weekend and unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience. The check in is at 5 pm and by the time you are in the unit and find out about all these little things the managing office is closed!!! Front desk won't help because this is really not their problem. This late check is very inconvenient because most everyone likes to relax and get ready for dinner and not rush to get ready to go out. When you check in at 5pm it does not leave you much time to do anything for that evening. They charge a lot for cleaning so they should be able to get the unit ready much faster. What a shame, this could be a very nice experience!!!
