This magnificent unit has a view of the tropical gardens and pools. Unit C206 has been professionally designed with the beach in mind. Decorated in wonderful shades of green, blue, and coral this unit radiates charm. The unit has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a table with seating for six people. This beautiful unit offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen tv, and dvd player. There is a full bathroom located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The master bedroom features a king bed (brand new as of june 2013), private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, flat screen tv, and dvd player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen tv, and dvd player. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen tv, and dvd player. This unit has a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Wi-fi is also available in the unit. This unit is handicap accessible and offers wider door frames, shower bars, pedestal sinks, and lower counters.

The patio is tucked away at the back of the complex with approximately 100 feet of grass separating your space from the gate to the pool area. You will enjoy the garden and pool view from your patio without the noise.

About The Owner

We are the Young's and we live in Franklin, Tn. We have a 8 year old daughter and a 3 year old boy. My family sure does love vacationing here at Waterscape. It never gets old! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Also check out our other condo VRBO 673642.

Waterscape is the perfect place to make family memories. Once we stayed here on vacation, we had to be apart of it. So we bought C206 soon after. It has been a wonderful experience and we look for to building many more memories here.

What makes this condo unique

What sets our condo apart from others at Waterscape is that there is a huge grassy area that the kids love to play and pass ball right in front. The adults can seat on the patio and watch them while we talk and hang out. It makes the vacation!!!!

This unit is perfect for families with kids because it’s on the 1st floor, right next to the kiddie pool area. There are 2 king beds, which is nice for two families. The only downfall is that it’s the absolute farthest unit from the beach.

Exceeded My Expectations

Having stayed at Waterscape in the past I knew what to expect from the resort. It's a well maintained resort with a variety of pools and outdoor activities for all ages to enjoy. This was our first stay in Ginny's condo. From the moment we first opened the door I could tell her cleaning person did a great job. Her unit was cleaner than others. The condo decor and colors are fantastic! I was planning on having to bring my own Keurig and I most impressed that Ginny has a very nice Keurig in the kitchen that she told me about beforehand. The large pantry next to the large refrigerator made it easy to store a week's worth of groceries for the 9 of us. The large stackable washer and dryer was nice too. The large patio gave us plenty of room for beach gear and to enjoy coffee and donuts. Also on the patio was a storage chest with beach toys. We purchased 2 boogie boards and donated them to the chest in hopes of making the next family's stay as fun as ours. I absolutely loved that Ginny used a label maker to label EVERY light switch in the condo. The condo is large and has a lot of switches for lights, fans, and outlets. Having everything labeled shows Ginny's attention to detail. She and I communicated well via text, phone, and email. If you are looking for a large clean condo that offers parking within steps of the unit, ground level with a large grassy area for kids to play and is well maintained and nicely furnished look no further!

Tips: Ask the front desk for a kids activity schedule. The resort does a few things daily M-F that are fun and make great souvenirs.

If you turn right out of Waterscape and take Santa Rosa it will dead end into Ross Marler Park. It is a fun place to wade in the bay and find all kinds of sea creatures. There are picnic shelters and restrooms. If you are looking for a break from the ocean the bay is great!

Lastly if you are looking for a great seafood shack there are two we recommend. Stewby's which is minutes north in Fort Walton and Dewey's which is minutes east in Destin. Both have great window service, picnic tables, and fantastic seafood!
