WOW! Nearly new condo inside . This huge one bedroom plus den can sleep up to 6 people, and is located in the heart of the world famous gas lamp district. It has 2 balconies with beautiful views of the city. It is in a very quiet building, located on the top floor, and is an end unit. The kitchen has granite floors and granite counter tops. The condo is fully stocked so all you need is your clothes and your toothbrush! Everything you need is within walking distance: a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, a 1 minute walk to Gas Lamp District, 5 minute walk to the convention center, 5 minute walk to the Marriott, and a 5 min walk to the Horton Shopping plaza. You don't need a car! Why stay in a hotel when you can stay in a beautiful condo for a fraction of the price!!!!

Quick getaway!

Easy process and great location. Condo could’ve been a little cleaner but overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This unit is in a small little, comfortable subdivision close to everything downtown. We had a seminar at the Marriott and it was easy to walk there, walk to restaurants, walk to the grocery store. Highly recommend, and would stay again.

Great location!

We really enjoyed how close we were to shopping, bars and restaurants. Very walkable downtown area as well as along the harbor. The MIDWAY ship was the best.

Convenient apartment close to everything

We chose this apartment because of the location. We knew some of the places we wanted to go for dinner, several were walkable (within 5 minutes). It was also very easy to Uber to Little Italy, Old Town, the waterfront for champagne brunch cruises and to hang out a little before heading off to dinner. It was convenient to all of the activities we wanted to do. An easy Uber to La Jolla, Balboa Park, Little Italy - basically almost anything you wanted to do downtown.
