Come enjoy the beautiful peaceful views! Perfect for children as there are sandy beaches and clear, gentle, shallow water right here at the condo. There is so much wildlife; herons, pelicans, fish, porpoises. Johnsons Beach (part of Gulf Islands National Seashore) is just across the lagoon, a short ride by car or boat. Gorgeous sunsets await!
One of the largest units in the building with over 2200 square feet, your family, large or small will have plenty of space to relax. Everything you need for your stay is here. Just bring the sunscreen!
Plenty of recreation in the area such as jet skiing, fishing, golf. The Naval Air Museum is 5 minutes away and is a must see! If you are lucky you will get to see the Blue Angels practice.
We are conveniently located near shopping and restaurants.
This is our home away from home so we ask that you please take care of it and treat it as if it was your own.
We grew up in Maryland near the Chesapeake Bay and just love the salt air! Since moving to Georgia over 20 years ago, our family vacations have always led us to the Panhandle. We love the Perdido Key area and now our two teenagers will have the same opportunities near the water that we had.
Laura Rockas purchased this condo in 2011
All of us really enjoyed our stay. Your condo was really nice and bigger than we thought. Your kitchen was well stocked and we used the camp chairs that you had in the closet. Since we didn't have room in the vehicles to put chairs, we were happy that you provided some for us to use. We found all the rooms very comfortable and the shower stalls were very large. It was perfect for our group. If we ever get an opportunity to visit Perdido Key again, we will absolutely stay there. Thanks again for those extra touches to the condo.
We had 4 generations staying in this condo with plenty of room. It is very quiet and family friendly. Just enough beach to keep little ones occupied and a pier that the older ones could fish off. Just wish we had a little more walking room on the beach.
The condo was clean, large and had bunch of things you need! We were group of 7 (4 adults 3kids) and were very comfortable.
Have plenty of towels, amenities, condo has beautiful pool right outside as well as work out room. Kitchen was equipped with bunch of utensils so you would not need to buy anything other than food.
We especially enjoyed the view from the living room. When you open the curtain, it's all water and is just gorgeous as well. I recommend to anyone with bigger group of people. Large 3br will allow you to keep yourself comfortable and enjoy privacy while you spend time with friends or/and family!
Went for a family vacation with people from 3 states. We all loved how quiet the area was and it was also large enough to comfortably fit our 10 people. Met people who live there and had a great time with everyone we met. Definitely would stay here again!!!!
This was our second stay at this condo and again we were so pleased with everything! Spacious! Plenty of cookware! Beautiful view! Caught about 15 speckled trout and ate them for dinner one night! Laura was gracious and accommodating, and we can't wait to come back next year!!
This is a very spacious condo well stocked with a beautiful view. Some toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and dish soap were provided but our group of 9 needed more. Walmart is close though. Condo was very clean and looked as described. The lobby of the condo has games and books you can borrow, which was nice. Condo owners reply quickly. Water was a little cold in March but we still had a great time! Lots of amazing places to eat around the area. I highly recommend Nick's Boathouse, Flo Flounders, Jerry McGuire's and The Oyster Bar!! Flora-Bama has great bands and is a must see! If you are visiting NAS, request a week long pass that will allow you to use both gates. This condo is nearest the West gate. Some guards let us go through on our day passes but a week pass would have made things so much easier. Unfortunately, no one told us about the week pass until the day before we left. There's only 5 miles difference though. If you are trying to get on base the mornings that the Angels are practicing, go on around to the main (East) gate. That will be faster than trying to get through the West side. It's chaos, but worth it! The Naval Air Museum is huge! Very neat to see! If going on a practice day, go early and enjoy the museum first. The crowds hit it after practice.
