About this property

Your 5 bedroom beautiful home is equipped with a full sized kitchen, living room and dining room. Furthermore, you have your own private backyard, in ground pool ( pool heat available for additional charge $20 plus taxes per day during your stay) ( BBQ available for additional fee $65.00 for your stay. )

ABOUT THIS HOME:

It is a two story home with 1 master bedroom on the main floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. There is also a total of 4 bathrooms, so no need to wait in line for the shower!

The whole house is yours, this is your space!

SPACE:

FREE PARKING, you have your own parking. This beautiful home is perfect for your friends and family! You have one master bedroom on the main floor along with 2 bathrooms. The dining room, living room, and full size kitchen is located on the main floor. Furthermore, there is 4 more bedrooms upstairs with 2 more bathrooms!

GUEST ACCESS:

You have access to a 42" television in the living room with cable. There is a play room with an air hockey table, pool table, and baby foot table. You also have your own backyard with an in ground pool!

GUEST INTERACTION:

The check-in is self serve, you will be given the check in instruction two days before your check-in date. Therefore, you will not have to waste time and meet someone for keys! As for interaction, you can always call/email/ message me if you have any issues and I'll have my host resolve your issue immediately!

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:

The beautiful Orlando neighborhood is kind and friendly! It is also a calm and quiet neighborhood, so please respect your neighbors! Located about a 20 minute drive to Walt Disney Resort and about 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and Sea World! PUBLIX Grocery store just about 8 minute drive for all your grocery needs.

GETTING AROUND:

FREE PARKING as you have your own private parking lot in front of the house, Motor home NOT allowed in Four Corners community. It is perfect for your family car rental. Uber is extremely beneficial as it is much cheaper than Taxi's. (You'll save about 30% on fares)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

the pool heating runs from 9am to 9pm!

Please bring your bathing suit as you have access to your own in ground pool! There’s no pool towels available to use and limited toilet paper. However, please bring detergent if you plan on washing and drying your clothes! There is a dryer if you need it. Furthermore, the kitchen has utensils, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, pots and pans. NO SMOKING INDOORS, please smoke outside!

We have also add video camera outside of the house. We've added this for security reasons. What I mean by that is that we make sure that no robberies happen and our furniture or anything is stolen. More importantly, it also PROTECTS you while you are away at either disney or doing any activities outside.

Do not worry, there is absolutely no cameras in the inside.

Also, this is VERY important, guests who book our home must a picture of GOVERNMENT I.D after they've booked the home and for check in!

We were alerted to the fact that we had to provide our own pool towels, laundry detergent, and perhaps some toilet paper. However, the reality was utterly ridiculous. There were no paper towels, no Kleenex, no dish detergent, no dishwasher detergent, no dish cloths, no dish towels, and the only soap provided was a small bar at each wash bowl, like hotels. The only toilet paper was whatever was left on the roll in the toilet paper holders. There were only 9 bath towels in the house; we did discover a grossly dirty one on the shelf above the washing machine. The Property Management people did drop off 4 towel sets after I called and requested more towels. The property was advertised for 10 people, and there were 10 of us.

The home was great clean and all amenities that was needed game room was an extra bonus l

Everything was great and the rental experience was easy communication with the host was excellent lovely neighborhood and location will definitely be back

Disappointed

At the first initial look at the home it look nice. However as I walked into the kitchen and I looked up at the ceiling, I noticed that it had brown water spots on the ceiling. As I began walking up the stairs, I noticed that the stairwell had puncture holes. The bathrooms were not cleaned a very well I noticed mold around the tub. I also noticed a very dirty toilet brush and the bathroom in one of the master rooms upstairs. The toilet also had strains in it and my husband had to fix the toilet.

Another wonderful vacation!

We previously rented from this owner and enjoyed our experience. Last year the property was full so we rented from someone else. While the other property was good, the kids wanted to return this year to this property. The owner is wonderful and always available. Any issues are dealt with expediency. Would definitely recommend this 5 star property.
