Topaz boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 9 guests. Topaz also has an enormous oversized great room, master suite and ground floor bedroom, making it the perfect choice for large families, wedding parties or couples. The interior of the villa is filled with treasures – Central American antiques, Mexican tiles, Guatemalan fabrics and local art work– for all to enjoy.

Start your morning by opening the French doors onto your expansive deck where you can sip your coffee while taking in the spectacular sunrise as it emerges from the emerald waters of the Caribbean. Enjoy breakfast at your outdoor dining table and then meander over for a dip in the swimming pool just steps away. Our concierge would be delighted to book an in-room massage or arrange with our partners to take you on an amazing Belizean adventure. Alternatively, perhaps book a private yoga class on the dock. Kayaks are also available so that you may explore the world’s second largest barrier reef just minutes from our shoreline. Should a visit to San Pedro Town be of interest, you may access town by golf cart, island ferry or private water taxi.

Amazing Family Vacation Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about La Perla and Villa Topaz was amazing! From the spacious rooms to the balconies and all the beautiful decor. Ms. Michaela was such a delight to work with and extremely helpful before arriving and during our entire stay. The Villa was so beautiful, comfortable and aesthetically appealing. It definitely felt like paradise and the views were lovely. Everything was very clean in the home and smelled good upon our arrival. We loved the quiet peaceful environment and how close it was to Secret Beach and various restaurants. Ms. Michaela was so helpful in making our dinner reservations and tropic air reservations and changes. This was the perfect location for our family’s first vacation. The Villa also came equipped with all the kitchen amenities to enjoy meals in the home as well. All of the La Perla staff are top tier! My family and I are extremely grateful! We look forward to booking again in the near future!

Overall great place, a few areas for improvement

Overall, this was a great house for a family vacation! In person, the house looks better than it does in the pictures. The beach front location is great and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. It is a bit of a hike to get into town - about a 30-minute bumpy golf cart ride. Definitely a good fit for a low-key vacation. The staff was generally lovely ad helpful and the area is beautiful. There are a few areas for improvement. First being that the bed in the primary suite was not comfortable. My fiancée and I both started to have back pain by the end of the trip. Second, the other houses on property were having work done, which resulted in loud noises throughout our stay. I realize this is often unavoidable, but hearing workers yelling across the property and several hours of power sanding in the house next door wasn't relaxing. Finally, I had hoped that the concierge would have been a little more proactive in helping us finalize details such as airport pick up, excursions, and meals. I initiated all of that and was then instructed to reach out to each person individually. Having the concierge coordinate those would have been more relaxing. The check out process was not great, as we were rushed out of the house the morning of our departure. I understand they had other guests coming in, but the check out / check in time should correctly account for that. Staff lingered in the house starting 30 minutes prior to check out and we were ushered out 15 minutes early.

Beautiful Stay for a Relaxing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful location that was spacious, gorgeous, and luxurious. It was a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downsides were the Wi-fi was slow depending on the time of day and there were some extra blankets with stains on them. Neither thing detracted from our stay. Overall, it was fantastic place that I would recommend to anyone I know.
