This is a BEAUTIFUL, newly renovated apartment right on the sea, with spectacular views from the 9th floor. If you like the beach, warm weather, sun and short walks to local markets and restaurants with peace and quiet as you sleep, this is for you. It has direct access to the beach, with a private elevator and a private secure entrance. It is also perfect for joggers, as it is along the path from ANFI del MAR to the village of Arguineguin. If you are a cyclist, this is a paradise for training year round, all over the island; with climbs or recovery rides, straight from the building entrance. Also, hiking trails start just across the street. Markets and restaurants are all within close proximity.

About Nathalie Fisher

Hello, my name is Nathalie. Originally born and raised in Paris, France, I have lived in the United States since 1985. Cycling is my passion and I love spending time in the Canary Islands where I can ride my bike in the beautiful mountains, especially in the winter when it's cold everywhere else. This is one of the few properties on the island that is directly on the beach. Patalavaca Beach is just outside the building and has a lifeguard. Many local activities are just a short walk away on the beach / walking path.

Refurbished to a high standard, panoramic views

Beautiful appartment tasteful decor, amazing comfortable bed with quality bedding and pillows. Spotlessly clean with amazing views of sea and coastline. Excellent liaison with owner. Appreciated personnel touches (Bottle of fizz, Water & Milk) and washer was most useful. Would recommend appartment to friends and relatives. Good restaurants available local to appartment.

Upgrade was well worth it - lucky me!!

I came back to stay again, but it was booked, so the owner gave me the option to take her other apartment, with many upgrades; I took it right away and it was well worth it!!

Once again, the level of quality I experienced, exceeded my expectations! When she said upgraded apartment, she really meant it, so many nice things, true luxury!! The apartment is on a good high floor, providing stunning views, right on the beach. An elevator provides private access to the beach and the apartment. The owner was very communicative and helpful with clear instructions. My wife (and her back) loved the bed mattress and beddings and with the room darkening curtains, we slept extra late and recovered well from the long plane flight. We were really impressed to find our choice of pillows and the sun awning could be opened/closed, with the press of a button, directly from my side of the bed. The owner provided a bottle of Cava (Champagne) as a welcome gift, and the kitchen came stocked with initial coffee, tea, water and milk The furnishings are modern and new, including waterfall shower and bathroom sink, beach towels, shampoo and a good quality hair dryer; even a safe! - No need to overpack, since there is a washer/dryer for cleaning your clothes. With the light weight duvets and properly fitting duvet covers, everything felt so fresh and crisp! The convenience was exceptional, since there are many shops, a bakery, restaurants, private parking, even bus, taxi or car rental transportation at the street level of the building; plus an on-site doctor and pharmacy! I enjoyed the hiking trails just across the street into the mountains and jogging along the beach walking path. Next time I will go biking, I heard the routes are plentiful and challenging, with many great views and adventures! The ocean is warm and the beach sand is soft (not rocky), it is a short walk in either direction along the beach path, to other major resorts with activities, including; jet skiing, parasailing; speed boating; paddle boating, etc. Certainly, from this single location, I had the best of all I could imagine, without the high expense of the surrounding resorts. Clearly the owner has figured out how to make something special for good memories. I think I found a secret gem, this is my target for future holidays! Hope this helps!

Delikat leilighet med flott havutsikt

Vi (to voksne og ett barn) bodde i leiligheten en uke i februar, og er veldig godt fornøyd. Den var nyoppusset og pent innredet med alle nødvendige fasiliteter. Om morgenen kan man gå ned trappa og kjøpe nystekte rundstykker. For øvrig er det mange butikker og restauranter innenfor 5 minutter gangavstand. Utsikten er fantastisk, og man får følelsen av å være på en cruisebåt. Eieren var meget behjelpelig i forhold til spørsmål og ønsker. Anbefales!
