Historic Breckenridge Log Cabin - Walk to Main St!

Great property and location!

  • 5 of 5

The Walker House has a great location in downtown Breckenridge, with lots of room inside and out (with a fenced yard if you have a dog with). All the amenities you'd expect and the interior (appliances, fixtures, etc.) are all modern day. The only item we'd ask the owners to update would be the WiFi information provided in the check-in instructions, which did not work for us. Off-street parking is also a PLUS. All in all, a 5 star rating.

Beautiful and comfortable. Updated furniture with plenty of living space. Convenient location.

  • 5 of 5

My two daughters and I had a great time in Breckenridge! This house was conveniently located and had updated bathrooms, kitchen and furniture. The patio was nice, shaded, and a good place for our dog to roam. The stairs are quite steep and narrow. I would recommend and will return!

Unique property centrally located in Breckenridge, across the street from the free shuttle bus to the slopes.

Nicely updated 140-year-old victorian log-cabin, with modern electronics, creaking/sloping wood floors. Full of nice touches such as heated toilet seat and full-size bottles of bath soaps and shampoo.

On the negative side, we found only one toilet paper roll per toilet. The three bathrooms are actually 2 bathrooms - one of which has 2 sinks, 2 toilets and one shared shower. The master bedroom has no closet space.

We definitively will try to rent again!

Great Location

  • 5 of 5

3 couples stayed at this historic cabin for a week and we are still friends. The hot tub was great and the house had everything we needed. The 3rd floor attic bedroom is a little tight and the ceiling are short. Great for kids. The bus picked us up right across the street to ski and it was an easy walk to main. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect Location, Charming House

  • 5 of 5

There were 7 of us staying in this property for 4 nights and we found it to be a perfect fit for all our needs. The house comes well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and then some. The hot tub was a welcome touch after a long day on the slopes and the living room was large, comfortable, and warm. The location of this house couldn't be better: 2 blocks from downtown and a few more to the gondola. The Breck shuttle service picked up right on the corner, and the brewery/distillery shuttles were helpful when we wanted to have a few drinks out of the downtown area. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and the owners seem to have thought of and supplied everything that a visitor may want during their stay. I would just like to caution others (because there's not any pictures of the stairs) that this house is historic and the stairways to the 2nd and 3rd floors are very steep and narrow. I would highly recommend staying here and if we come back to Breckenridge we will definitely book this place again!

Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful updated 1875 log cabin in the Historic district. Huge great room with fireplace, original beams, large table and huge sofa. Plenty of space for family and friends. Updated kitchen and bathrooms but done tastefully. Large bedrooms but no closets. However, plenty of hooks to hang clothes. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat!! Already planning our next visit to Breck.
