The Hacienda development is gated, with 24 hour security and underground car parking. The apartment itself is set in beautifully landscaped gardens with easy access to no less than 4 swimming pools. Outside, the views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the Riff mountains of Morocco from the apartment's large south and west facing 'wrap around' terraces are simply breathtaking. The terrace is amongst the largest on the Hacienda development. From this extensive terrace there is also access to a secuded lawned area. Step back inside the apartment to enjoy the light and airy feel and contemporary decor of the spacious living/dining room, superbly fitted bedrooms, bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen (with separate utility room). The apartment is fully air conditioned, and the marble tiled floors have underfloor heating throughout for the cooler months.

Refundable Damage Deposit £252.66

A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment of the balance must be made 6 weeks before the booking commences. If booking less than 6 weeks before the proposed arrival date payment must be made in full. A damage deposit of 300 Euros will also be required with the balance and is refundable within 10 of departure following a successful property inspection.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
