The condo was fine. It offered all the necessities for a pleasant stay. It was also quite affordable, given the prices for most places in Breckenridge. The most annoying aspect, however, was that most of the electrical outlets were such that electrical cords fell out of them. I wasn't able to use my CPAP because it didn't make and sustain a connection with the outlet.

Quick but great stay!

Had a nice time staying here in the off season. Condo is older and not updated, but had all the stuff that we needed and was clean. Short distance to mainstreet Breck and right next to a gentle creek!

Breck ski weekend

Condo just a few hundred feet from shuttle stop that's takes you to gondola. Can ski back to about a hundred feet to condo. Easy walk to downtown and Main St. Condo good size for two, we had four one night which was a bit tight but ok. Condo a bit dated but there to ski and not hang out at condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location to downtown. Could us some updates, but clean. Could use a dishwasher because of prior quests.Only issue was, when booking, was told that early checkin was available if ready. Got a text that it was ready for an extra $25.00. that should be in the details.
