The space
One bedroom modern apartment with open en-suite bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, kettle, microwave, hot plates, napa, fridge/freezer and a washing machine; combined with the living space with pull-out sofa bed for additional guests. Dining table with 4 chairs, satellite TV and air-conditioner. Main bedroom with comfortable double bed, wardrobe and a computer desk, air-conditioned. Open-style en-suite bathroom with large shower. Separate toilet.
Although conveniently located in the city center, the apartment is very quiet, light and airy.

Guest access
The apartment is located on the second floor with relatively comfortable staircase. Bikes and prams can be left inside the apartment building entrance on the ground floor.
Car movement is limited in the old town and there is no parking in front of the building. The closest metered parking is about 50meters from the building, but free parking is available about 15 minutes walking distance away. We will instruct you how to find it if required.
Istria and Rovinj are bicycle paradise. If you prefer not to explore on foot, we can arrange bike rentals for you. We can also organise transport from the regional airports, assistance with the luggage, etc., for a fee, if needed.

Interaction with guests
I might not be available in person but staff from Elim Agency, who assist with my bookings when I am away, will be available before and throughout your stay. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions before or during your stay. Elim staff is also fluent in Italian.
