Nice but needs a bit of attention to detail.
Overall nice, clean and new in general. However bed definetly needs a new mattress both beds had trenches. Kitchen needs a few things, I.e.a baking pan, foil or wrap. Bathroom definitely needs plumbing attention. Sink is not draining correctly and toilet stopped up twice
Needs more body wash. No shower soap or shelf in shower for razor shampoo ECT. annoying to store on the floor. Nice balcony, nice building.
Awesome place to stay! It feels new, is super clean and beds are great. Location is perfect.
Highly recommend staying here. Great place and was easy to check in and out.
Easy to Explore PDX
The condo was clean and convenient to everywhere, whether walking or driving. The sheets were also exceptionally soft. There is only metered street parking so be aware that if you have a car you will need to look for parking and feed a meter.
Great, clean, easy, helpful!
It was great! It was very clean, comfortable, parking was easy to find, had a few small issues, but Lindsey and the other contacts were extremely helpful! I would Def stay here again or book with them in any other city they're located in. I stayed in Seattle for a night and I regret not looking them up there too.
Beautiful property in downtown Portland
Although there was an initial hiccup (we reserved a 2 BD unit and when we got there, the unit was only 1 BD. That issue was quickly resolved by moving us to a different property nearby which was actually a much better building) we thoroughly enjoyed the unit. The location was perfect. No car was really needed, although we did rent a car. Next trip, we'll leave the rental car behind and take Uber/Lyft everywhere. We were there during the Rose Festival and had a wonderful. Walking distance to the riverfront and to many restaurants.
We really enjoyed our stay here
We would definitely stay here again - very clean, comfortable and quiet, and big windows to let the light in. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Trimet MAX red line stop from the airport, very do-able. There's a stop 1 block away to the streetcar to the waterfront or the downtown loop. There is a big Safeway a couple blocks away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Very walkable neighborhood. There is construction next door, but the windows really block out the sound. My only suggestion would be to have more information about each apartment available on the VRBO listing, as well as more information about things like cancellation policy and fees for early check-in/late check-out. Although we were very happy with our apartment, I was uncertain until we arrived about exactly what we were getting. Also, it would be helpful to have information about recycling in the building - we felt guilty about putting bottles and cans in the garbage.
