Tortilla Flats is located on the Yellowstone River, in the town of Gardiner. The north entrance to Yellowstone National Park. It is a newly constructed, air conditioned, modern 1200 sq ft vacation rental. Located on a second story. Large bed room with king size bed. Attached balcony, overlooking the river. One bathroom with double vanity, shower/jacuzzi tub. Open kitchen/living room. The kitchen has new appliances. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dish washer, double sink with garbage disposal, microwave oven over gas range, toaster, coffee maker, all utensils, pots, pans, ect. Dinning table. Living room with couch and love seat, 52' flat screen tv with premium cable channels. Including hbo, show time, Cinemax. 2 twin beds in alcove. Roll away bed. Another if needed. Large out door patio/deck off living room. Dinning table, gas BBQ grill, seating. We are centrally located in Gardiner, on a dead end street, behind the school with play ground Walking distance to all amenities. Restaurants, bars, grocery store, shops and the park. Great views of the park and river from our decks. Fall asleep to the sound of the river.

We have lived and worked in Yellowstone and Gardiner since 1979. Also owned and operated the Sawtooth Deli for 22 years. We have vast knowledge of the park and surrounding areas. And would be happy to help you any way we can to enhance your experience and stay.

Came to work in the park in 1979 and fell in love with the area and had to stay. Located on a dead end, quite street. Our back yard is located on the river. Newly constructed. Spectacular views of Yellowstone Park and Yellowstone river, from large front and back decks. Great location. Easy access to park or walking and exploring the town of Gardiner. When in season have a large garden that can be shared for fresh vegetables and herbs.

Memories to last a lifetime!

The place is so cute - very clean and well stocked! Loved that the Elk were always present - right outside the driveway a few times! We also saw a Buck a couple houses down. And the fact that the Yellowstone arch is super close was amazing. And Gardiner was a cute quaint town with everything you need. We had a great time!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It was very clean and just a few steps from the North Entrance of Yellowstone NP. Marie was very welcoming. We liked sitting on the porch after a long day at the park. Yellowstone NP is so beautiful. There's so much to see and do. We even saw a Grizzly mother with its cub - an experience we'll never forget. We would definitely choose this rental again.

Perfect Spot for Exploring Yellowstone

We enjoyed our stay here so much! It is literally 2 minutes from the north gate of Yellowstone. We came home and let the kids nap/rest in the middle of the day since it was so easy to get back in. We enjoyed the view of the mountains from the front and the river from the back. It was clean, and Marie was friendly and helpful. We'd love to come back some day! We cannot ever get enough time in Montana. Thank you for letting us stay!

Exceeding our expectations! Great location and comfortable home.

We really enjoyed our time at Tortilla Flats. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space and the lighting throughout the house was very well thought out. The kids enjoyed having games to play. The WiFi worked very well too! The view looking at the Yellow Stone river was gorgeous. The small touches, like having fresh baked coffee cake upon our arrival tells you that the owners want you to feel welcomed! We highly recommend Tortilla Flats!

Nice inside

Nice place and good location in Gardiner just outside the The Yellowstone north entrance. Clean and nice on the inside. A bit cluttered on the outside... The only other thing I would suggest is possibly updated bedding on the king bed... overall nice place

It was perfect

Marie and Jim were perfect hosts. It was one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed. They thought of everything that you might need and stocked it. Especially if you wanted to cook or grill. Rooms were comfortable and it was nice to leave door open at night to hear river. There were 2 balconies to relax on. They are very close to the north entrance so it was convenient to get to the park. Marie even had a baked surprise for us when we arrived which was great after a long day of travel.
