Ponce de Leon Avenue is near downtown Decatur on the blue rail line. It’s primarily a residential area, though a handful of restaurants and businesses are in walking distance. If you are coming from the airport, downtown, midtown or otherwise on the red or gold line, you must take the train to the Five Points station and follow the signs to the eastbound platform. From there, board the train marked 'Indian Creek' to get to the Avondale station. We create a personalized web page for each guest with all the information needed to ensure an awesome experience. Once your booking is confirmed we'll send you a link to your page via email and text message.
After check in, we interact as much or as little as desired by each Guest, but we are available via phone, text and/or email when needed, and 24/7 for urgent matters. We also send occasional communications to guests about events and/or community news and happenings.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A short term rental agreement will be sent over after the booking is confirmed to e-sign. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid driver’s license. Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking with a credit card, and even after booking if there is a maintenance issue or other unforeseen issue with the property. We will make every attempt to place guests into a like property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates.
We may charge a non-refundable pet fee ranging from $150-$350 depending on the type/breed. Not all properties accept pets.
We specialize in production/corporate housing. We prioritize leases for prospective longer term Guests and open up the calendars to shorter term stays 1 week out if still available. If you are more than 1 week from your desired check in date and are inquiring on a shorter term stay, please check back with us and we'll do our best to place you at that time.
