You have rented for a weekend or a few days an apartment which is situated in a residential building occupied by famillies who live there quietly all year round. Be aware that is not hotel. Please: Don't talk loud when you go up and down the stairs and in the courtyard, especially at night or when you arrive late or leave the premises early in the morning with your(sometimes) heavy suitcases.
Don't slam the door. Don't walk with your high-heeled shoes.
No loud music and No partying in the apartment, please just behave like you would in you own home with neighbours below and above you.
Any disrespect of these reasonable rules of good behavior will cause neighbours' complaints and unpleasant reviews for you.
Wishing you a pleasant and relaxing stay in Paris.
Starting as a student at the Sorbonne University in the early age, I constantly come back to Paris after long travels. No matter where I go, how long I stay, Paris is a place I come back to. This is a place I called home.
Having staying in Paris for over 10 years, I'm in love with this city. That's why I've started this vacation rental business with some friends who share the common interest and to share the same great experience with friends from all around the world.
Walking along the river seine is my favorite part of the day. You'll never get tired of repeating the same ritual every day.
When the day is sunny, lying down at the Luxembourg Garden with your favorite book and music is the less expensive luxury you can have in Paris!

March 2015 - This place is filthy, with a pervasive and sour stench of old urine. Black mold in bathroom. We chose to not bathe for 4 days rather than step into the shower. There was an old coffee filter in the maker with about 1/4" hard mold covering the entire thing. No washing machine. I also had several bug bites on my arms. Location was great, but would never recommend this place to anyone.
The only good thing about this place was the location. It was very dirty, smelt bad, and horribly misrepresented in the photos online. We were allowed to check in at 2, the owner was still there because of a locksmith needing to come, which is fine but they didn't actually leave the apartment until after 6pm! Also, the bathroom was usable! You couldn't sit the right way on the toilet, there was no leg room. We ended up leaving a day early after no sleep and going to a hotel to stay. Do yourself a favor and do lots of research before booking.
My husband and I and our two college age children stayed here for one night. The apartment is very conveniently located to shops, metro, tourist sights etc. and is in a lovely location. It is small though, and I think it might be difficult for a family of four to stay there for more than a short while. I did find it clean though, and I didn't notice any mold. I would highly recommend it for two people for a longer stay and a larger family for a short stay.
This apartment was in a great location. It was very close to Metro access and walking distance from the Champs Elysees. The entrance to the building had a very nice courtyard. The elevator was tiny and barely fit 3 people (did not fit with our luggage). Upon arrival the apartment was much smaller than appeared in photo and there was an extra bed placed in the room that took up a lot of space that was not needed. There was a very funky "dead rat" smell coming from the bathroom and a lot of mold in the shower. The hot water in the shower ran out extremely quickly and there was no hot water left for the 3rd person. The curtains in the room had mold and looked too gross to touch. The coffee maker was disgusting. I was overall very disappointed with the space and did not feel it was clean. I couldn't wait to take a shower when I got home.
My husband and I enjoyed a nice stay in this well located little apartment in the heart of Champs Elyses. The space was good for two people, with the convenience of WIFI, cable TV, small kitchen, fridge, cooking plate to make some meals.
The bathroom is tight and has a mold issue in the shower area, as does the bedroom window and curtains that need addressing. Overall, we would stay here again. Emma was quick to get back to any quiries we had. The building is in a very safe place and easy access to the Metro and amenities.
This sweet apartment was a perfect fit for me, a solo female. The bed was great, kitchen space functional, bathroom tight but convenient. Wifi and Emma's quick ail responses helped me figure our the logistics for my first trip to Paris. A beautiful and convenient and secure/ safe location.
