Fully equipped 1 bd apartment with a den, fully equipped kitchen. Location!

Located in very center, on the banks of the Charles river, between Harvard and MIT, this Cambridge typical apartment is close to everything. Prefect for a family or a group of friends, the apartment will comfortably sleep 2 in a bedroom with queen bed, one small den with sofa bed and one in living room with another sofa bed.

There is a heater and AC in the living room. The TV in the living room has plenty of channels. The WiFi is fast. Its ok to smoke at the terrace, but not inside!

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator but the stairs are super easy to climb.

Feels like home, central location, cozy and charmi

We really enjoyed staying at Nonna's place. The location is super convenient with walking distance to Harvard Square and Wholefoods. The apartment is clean and cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for cooking, making our stay a home-like experience.

Property was fine. It was clean, convenient and comfortable. Owner was helpful and cordial.

For the most part, the entire process of getting and living in the property was fine with one exception, an aire of secrecy. When I submitted payment months ago to secure the apartment, it was communicated to me that I would or could ge the address where I was staying on April 26. This was NOT true. I did not get the address until some tine in May. You need to understand that people who are traveling may have other arrangements to make that are related to where they are staying. Keeping this info secret until the last minute is not helpful. Other info was given to me only when I asked for it. I understand that the owner was trying to protect her property, but a better job of communications need to be done at the beginning of the process. YOU MUST BETTER MANAGE THE CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS. If certain info will only be given on a delayed timed basis, say that up front and inform the customer why. Then they will understand what to expect, when, and why.
