Cabin On Corner Lot With Magnificent Pines, Close To Amenities

This spacious 3 story cabin is priced to make your vacation lodging economical. A great family cabin close to area lakes, restaurants and shops. High speed wireless internet service is provided. A large wrap around deck with patio furniture and gas grill, and beautiful treed lot invite you to stay outside and enjoy the clear Colorado skies.

The main floor of this home has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ceiling fans. The living room has a beautiful wood burning stove and plenty of seating for your group to relax in. TV with satellite service and DVD player is located in the living room. A bright, open, well stocked kitchen is combined with the dining area. A full sized bathroom is on this floor.

The top floor loft bedroom has 4 twin beds and a bathroom with shower. The fourth sleeping area is a bedroom on the ground floor with queen bed. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower, and laundry area with efficient washer/dryer unit. An attached double car garage is available for guest use.

This cabin is located within the Wyndham Resort area with four private, stocked fishing lakes and a beautiful Recreation Center with indoor swimming pool, hot tub, exercise equipment and racquetball and volleyball courts. Fishing permits and use of the recreation center are available to cabin guests at the same rate as the property owner. National forest access and trails are nearby. Local property managers are available for easy check-in and to handle any problems that may arise during your stay.

Pagosa Springs is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts. The small town atmosphere and acres of National Forest wilderness lands makes it easy to enjoy your favorite outdoor activities away for the crowds of more populated areas. We have often spent the day hiking or cross country skiing and had the forest to ourselves. Except for busy holiday periods, you can ski or board at Wolf Creek Ski Area, known for some of the best powder snow in Colorado, without the hassle of long lift lines and the expensive ticket prices of larger resorts. A tour of nearby Chimney Rock National Monument provides a glimpse into life in the area as lived by the native peoples who originally inhabited this area. Soaking away your cares in one of the mineral spring heated hot baths in town is a must do for any visitor. Live music is always available at a local pub or restaurant on the weekend. What to do during your stay in Pagosa is never a problem. Finding the time to do it all is.

Family Vacationer

The house was clean, and there was an abundant of room for every one. We loved the place and would recommend it to family and friends. It was a great advantage to be close to such great hiking trails and easy travel to the hot springs. There was mule deer that came up to the house grazing at times and it was a very quiet neighborhood.

Daily Lodging Rate Policies
MINIMUM STAY 2 nights on condos. 3 nights on homes. CHECK-IN: After 2 P.M. (unless earlier by special arrangement).Maximum occupancy number for a property may not be exceeded. CHECK-OUT: 10 A.M. (unless later by special arrangement) RESERVATION DEPOSIT: On condos a $200.00 deposit and on homes a $300.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits may be charged to VISA, Mastercard or Discover. Exceptions to this include reservations for Christmas, Spring Break and on monthly reservations when the non refundable deposit required is 1/2 the rent for the period reserved. Full payment of the balance due is required at check-in. CANCELLATION POLICIES: Except as noted below, a 30 day notice to cancel is required for refund of the reservation deposit less a 15% service charge. The deposit on reservations for Christmas, Spring Break and on monthly reservations is non refundable. Cancellations with shorter notice are subject to deposit forfeit and may be subject to full payment for the period reserved at our discretion. Any cancellation with no notice will be subject to full payment for the period reserved. No refund will be given for early departure. DAMAGES: Any charge for damages done and/or excessive cleaning time required will be charged to your credit card.
