Cozy apartment in the City Center located on a quiet street in Malasaña, the coolest area in Madrid. The area is full of restaurants, terraces, shops, hipsters and night life. However the location of the appartment is not specially noisy.

A great apartment in a great location

Luis made check in and check out super easy. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The Location is great with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Luis was very helpful with suggestions of places to go. My only small complaint is the lighting in the bedroom was not very cosy and the pillows were a little thin. But I would recommend the apartment and stay there again next time I'm in Madrid.

Property was clean although it was like an airb&B as owners clothes were in apartment which wasn't an issue. His food in fridge !! A couple of suggestions - there was only one 'comfortable' chair in apartment and I guess there are usually two people renting so two more comfortable chairs could be an idea and also could do with a bigger bed - think most people now a days have larger versions than a double - which I thought when we booked it was described as a 'queen' sized - may be wrong on that but we usually book places with bigger beds. The owner was very helpful indeed and recommended places to see and also places to eat which was very helpful. PS there was no hairdryer for the ladies who may stay there (or I couldn't find one).

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at Luis’ apartment in Malasaña. The location is absolutely perfect. The space itself felt like a palace for 2 people. (I’m accustomed to humble studios in the city centre). Very clean. Easy check in. Highly recommended!

Perfect place and location

Well located, very cozy and clean apartment. The owner was very helpful and kind. It has all you need to make you feel at home. Will definitely recommend it!!
