Open and bright beachfront luxury home in the Costa Blanca complex ,1528 square feet with spacious ocean front balcony for grilling, dining or early morning coffee witnessing the sun rise. Gorgeous wide open floor plan, marble travertine floors . Floor to ceiling views of the aqua marine blue ocean as you walk through the front door. Kitchen with built in cooktop, granite counter tops , custom cabinetry, view of the ocean. Large master bedroom with plenty of built in closet and drawers, desk area, en suite bathroom with large tub and shower. Large windows with sunrise and ocean view every morning. Sounds of the ocean waves to sleep by. Large Guest bedroom with 2 queen size beds , natural light, built in closet and drawers, pleasant view and ambience of the neighbohood. Third bedroom just off the kitchen is smaller with bunk beds and an en suite bathroom.

CostaBlanca is well maintained with only 9 units total. The complex features an ocean front infinity pool, an expansive sun deck with a shaded portion, outdoor shower, night light swimming. Free off-street parking and on-site English speaking caretaker.

My husband John and I immediately fell in love with this condo. The condo and location exceeded all our dreams . Being competive triathletes we sought a beach we could swim in safely. The calm caribbean waters protected by the worlds second largest barrier reef was perfect. The Olympic length pool met our desire for romantic night swims in the glow of underwater lights. We both have active lifestyles and make a living in the health and fitness industry. John is also a safety manager for an international utility company, so safety is always a priority and we have never felt so at home here at Costco Blanca.

This property is nestled quietly behind beautiful Bouganvilleas and coconut palms giving you an immediate Caribbean feel. There are only 9 units which makes it a quaint condo community. Owning the penthouse that is only 3 floors up is perfect for watching the sunrise and yet close enough to hear the ocean waves. The condo is furnished and decorated with art pieces made by local artisans bringing you the authenticity of the area. You may be vacationing as a tourist but this place will make you feel like a local.

What makes this condo unique

The beach is to die for! Restaurants and eateries of all kinds are walking distance and very cheap . Snorkeling right outside your door. Fishing close by on a pier. If you should ever want to leave the area, Cancun, Playa Del Carmen and Akumal are just minutes away by car. The amazing beaches and ruins of Tulum are also nearby The benefit of staying here is , honestly , you really never have to get in a car and go anywhere. It's all here for you to explore and enjoy!

Wonderful, spacious unit with all the amenities

This is a spacious and well maintained unit on the top floor of a three floor building right on the beach in a quiet area. Owners are very responsive. You will want to have a car here, however, because the unit is a bit of a hike outside of town. The most direct and scenic route is right along the beach, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. WiFi is also spotty. But other than that, highly recommend it.

Beautiful Location

I recently stayed there with my mother, husband and two children aged 5 & 8 Years.

Pros: The condo was quite nice, very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was right on the beach and the pool was a good size. The owners were quite responsive when asked questions and the neighbours were quite friendly. The caretaker is also a taxi driver which was helpful when a ride was needed. The ride to town is 50 pesos which is Just under $4.00 Cdn.

Cons: it is a distance from town. Approximately 20-30 minute walk down the beach (my kids took 30 minutes). You are right on the beach so the wind tends to blow on the metal shutters which could be quite loud when trying to sleep. The internet is shared with the whole building and is spotty. The best reception is either sitting right beside the deck or on it. The third bedroom is really quite small and does not have air conditioning. It was okay for the kids as we could keep the door open and they could climb into our bed if they got too hot.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it. The ocean wind noise and internet cannot really be helped - it is a Mexican issue. We just wanted to mention it.
