Beautiful, spacious, lots of beautiful sunlight and Mountain view

We stayed here wth our family and we loved the unit and resort. Kids really enjoyed watching a movie in the theatre. Hot tub and pool were awesome. The unit was large and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, showers had many options and living room was a perfect place to relax with a book.

The condo was exactly as advertised and everything we expected.

We were very happy with the condo and the staff. Everything was how the add had shown which isn't always the case. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were great, it had everything you could need to prepare any meal. The condo was very spacious and well laid out. The only cons that we had were the train noise and the pool. However the train was running a lot while we were there and we faced the tracks. The pool area was just not great for kids but was fine for adults. We will definitely be staying here again.

The property was very clean, spacious and ready for us to go. The check in process was simple to do at the front desk. There was amble underground parking and the property is conveniently located in Canmore with stunning views of the mountains. The unit was beyond our expectations. We had not used Rocky Rentals before and had our reservations - but those quickly went away. The whole process was easy and they gave us e-mail updates throughout prior to our arrival. We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful, Clean, Well Kept

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay immensely. A nice quiet unit with amazing views. Close to downtown and the Nordic Centre. It was stocked with all the things we needed. We highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

Good set-up for family stay.

We appreciated having the two-bedroom condo for our 5 night stay with two young boys. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, though the kettle had a lot of mineral buildup and no filter on the pour spout, so even after boiling vinegar in it to remove most of the sediment, little floaties surfaced in one's tea. Having stayed in Solara properties before, I found it furnished with the same cutlery as the hotel supplies in their suites, and found there were only a few smaller spoons, so we had to wash cutlery up for every meal so that our boys had spoons that fit in their mouths :).

We loved seeing the mountains and trees out the windows; appreciated the scenic aspect of the corner unit. It was pretty quiet, we weren't disturbed by any noise from neighbours. The newly renovated pools were great for our kids. We only wish the hot tub was kept something close to hot or at least very warm; it wasn't hot enough to warm up fully after dunking in the cold pool!

The king bed mattress wasn't the most comfortable, unfortunately. Everyone's mattress preferences are different but I woke up with a somewhat sore back each morning. The sofa was also not the most comfortable to sit on, as the smooth leather cushions slant down toward the floor.

The property management company were very responsive to our complaints- when the main fireplace wasn't working and we found several black hairs on the duvet cover, they directed us to call maintenance, and their friendly on-call staff came and changed our bedding the next day.

For a family-friendly home base in the mountains, it provided the basic necessities, a great view, and the bonus of a decent pool for little kids in the building.
