AMI Dreaming is located in the Gulfs Sands condo resort, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. With such a superb location, you will enjoy the gorgeous Gulf beach which is just steps away from your condo. Our condo is a quick trolley ride away from shops and dining on both the north and south end of the island. Between Pine Ave on the North End in Anna Maria and Historic Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach, you can explore the entire island with ease!

Beautiful condo with open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite island, and white cupboards. From the living room/dining area, sliding doors lead out to the open balcony.

Our corner condo has two different window views of the gulf from your king sized master bedroom which has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk in tiled shower and a teak bench. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with an adjacent second bathroom. For extra sleeping options there is a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room, perfect for kids and teens!

The stack front loading washer and dryer, complimentary WIFI, cable TV and professional linen service offer all of the convenience of home while at the beach!

This vacation condo is in Gulf Sands, a small condominium complex and one of few that offers weekly rentals. It boasts an elevator and a large heated pool surrounded by a paver deck and also offers undercover parking for two vehicles. This unit is close to shopping, restaurants and the free AMI trolley! *

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Could not be closer to the beach. Excellent views of the gulf from balcony. Very quiet neighbors. Pool area is well kept. Very accurate description and price was reasonable for that season and proximity to the beach.

Wonderful Condo & Great Location

My husband and I rented this cute condo for a much needed week of rest, relaxation, and sun. The condo was very clean and was appointed with everything we needed. The only hiccup we had was the internet password was changed and we were given the old one in our check-in email however that was just a quick phone call and was straightened out in minutes. We loved the view from the porch overlooking the gulf. Sunsets were beautiful. We would definitely go back again.

Our favorite vacation home - ever!

We had a memorable and unforgettable time staying at AMI Dreaming! Everything about this vacation home was just wonderful. The views from the balcony are spectacular, and you can see the stars at night from the master bedroom window. The location is perfect, and not too far from any restaurant, store or activity on AMI. Ther condo is lovely, very clean and complete with a modern well-stocked kitchen. The property has a lovely pool, as well as being just steps from the beach. Having an elevator was ideal, as we are a mid-60's couple, with one of us having occasional difficulty with stairs. We enjoyed many special times on the balcony viewing all kinds of wildlife, including dolphins, ospreys and dragonflies, as well as spectacular sunsets and moonsets. We already have booked our return for Spring, 2024, and hope to return again many times beyond!
