The light and bay breezes of Shinnecock Hills are an experience which is unique within the world-renowned Hamptons resort villages.
My husband and I had the most fantastic summer at this house and these are the reasons why:
The House is super clean and has everything and more that a renter could possibly ask for. There was so much natural light coming in from all the windows providing that lovely summer glow all day long.
All the facilities were top notch. The shower was super powerful, the AC cooled us within minutes, the kitchen was fully equipped to prepare complex and gourmet meals and the washing machine was very efficient.
The landlord is very helpful and clearly very proud of his home and made every attempt to make us feel as comfortable as possible during our stay.
The location is perfect. 10min drive to Coopers beach and into Southampton Town.
The house is perfectly laid out and the garden is the perfect size for young children to run around in safety.
It is very easy to get to from Manhattan - at least a much shorter distance than other places in the Hamptons as you miss the junction where all the traffic starts to accumulate.
In short, this is definitely a house we plan on renting every summer!
We adored this charming home. The house is so lovely with every detail thought through. The tranquil backyard feels like you are in napa. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.
We had an incredible stay in this stunning (completely newly renovated) house! The pictures truly do not give it justice. From the moment we arrived and opened the door to the minute we locked up the house, we took advantage of everything the house had to offer. Every morning, we'd do laps in the heated pool. During the day, we'd relax in the expansive and open living room/great room/kitchen area. In the evenings we'd bbq if we weren't venturing out. Our small Boston Terrier also loved running around outside in the gorgeously landscaped yard. This house was absolutely perfect because it was close to Main Street (we drove a lot since we were wedding planning) but also very private. We loved our time in this house and would come back again!
