This beautiful family friendly condo has been recently updated and offers a great value. It has 3 bedrooms and a loft with 2.5 baths. The master suite has a private balcony and private bath. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV. Each bed is comfy with thick mattress pads, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen if fully stocked for everything you could need to make a family dinner (although there a plenty of restaurants in PC). It also has its own washer/dryer to dry all those wet ski clothes. This condo is an end unit so it has additional windows for added sunshine and views. It backs up to the Park City Municipal Golf Course that transforms into a cross country ski trail in the winter (fees apply). Great open flat area for kids to make snowmen just off the back door. There are 2 living areas, one at each end. Gas fireplace to warm your toes after a long day winter playing. The Park Avenue condos are across from a grocery store, pharmacy, and Starbucks. The FREE city bus spot is steps away to whisk you anywhere in PC. PARKING IS FREE. There is a carport attached to the condo to keep that winter snow off your vehicle and enough space for an additional vehicle. It is about 1/2 mile to the lifts if you choose to walk and its downhill on the way back. There are ski shops walking distance from the condo. Location of this condo was great, pool was nice & hardly anyone there so it was great to have it to ourselves. The condo was a bit dated which I knew from other reviews, but the layout was great. I missed from the write up that there is no air conditioning, so it did get very warm. The master had loose wires hanging where a ceiling fan used to be & a box fan available, as well as another box fan. The washer & drier are a small version, so don’t plan on washing towels & there are no pool towels, so plan accordingly! Washer was very temperamental & took some special instructions & lots of patience to get it going. The water was never hot, but warm. The space was great, layout worked very well. Property manager was very responsive & easy to reach with issues.
HI Dani, Thank you for your comments, we appreciate your feedback. We did loose the ceiling fan the guest prior to your arrival so we provided the box fans. Since then, we've had a beautiful new ceiling fan installed. We leave over 20 towels in the condo so guests would have enough extra towels for the pool. The owners will be addressing the washer/dryer temperance. This is the first time we've heard about the hot water but will get that fixed ASAP. Very Good Option for the Money
The condo is a bit dated but everything is clean and works well. The kitchen is particularly well-stocked. All bedrooms have ceiling fans - which is a nice feature. The TV in the living room is huge and nice (65 or 70 inches). The location is very good - across from the grocery store and only about 150 yards to the bus top.
I would highly recommend this unit and will probably seek to rent it again.
