My apartment would be great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. You can enjoy LA with spacious rooms and great amenities such as laundry in the unit and 2 free parking spaces. You can take I-405 within minutes and The Getty Center is close by. It’s located in between Beverly Hills and Santa Monica.

This apartment is also very close to Hotel Angeleno or Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel and it’s great for the meetings and conferences out there or overbooked days at those hotels.

This 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment is conveniently located in the middle of Santa Monica and Hollywood. This apartment is situated very close to Hotel Angeleno or Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel. The apartment is bright and clean with all essentials for living.

A lot of great museums and art galleries can be easily accessible from here. The Hammer Museum is in nearby Westwood, The Getty Center is just north of Westwood, The Museum of Jurassic Technology is in nearby Culver City, and LACMA is a fairly short ride down the 10 freeway. Downtown LA is also accessible. With 20 mins down the 10 freeway, 7 miles from Hollywood walk of fame, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art), The Broad, China Town and the fashion district among the numerous places to visit there.

You can also access to Santa Monica beach, Malibu and nice places along PCH in 10 minutes down the 10 freeway. The Getty Villa is also located on PCH.

Guests have access to all amenities.

There is a lounge to hang out and BBQ area outside.

The laundry and dryer are inside the unit so you can use those anytime without going out of the unit.

I have a smart TV and high-speed internet in this apartment so you can relax!

The main amenities are:

Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTY OR LOUD MUSIC. Please respect the neighbors. If I receive any complaints from other residents or the management in the building, you will be subject to a $150 complaint fee. This apartment is also a NON-SMOKING apartment. If I find any evidence (such as used cigarettes and tobacco/vapor residue or odor) that you or someone visiting you at the apartment was smoking or utilizing a "smokeless" cigarette device (vaping) anywhere in the apartment, you will be subject to a $250 smoking fee.

Quality throughout

This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. It was very high quality throughout - even to the cutlery and the towels!

The apartment is very spacious with a large open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area and the two bedrooms either side of this central space. The bedrooms are also large as are the en-suites.

There is a smart TV (which took me a while to figure out how to work it). The wifi signal is strong (a must for two teenage daughters who live their lives on social media). There is also a very large fridge/freezer and large oven. The air-con was easy to operate and kept the apartment cool and comfortable. The washing machine and tumble dryer were a godsend as we didn't need to pack so many clothes because we could wash them regularly.

I really liked the style of the furniture and decor and could happily imagine living there permanently.

The communal areas were also very nice. We spent some time just sitting in the atrium, relaxing with a drink. The car park is very secure as is the whole building.

The neighbourhood is a residential area so nearest shops and restaurants we found were in Westwood (about 10 mins drive). We walked around the neighbourhood and were impressed at the beautiful houses - not quite Beverley Hills standard but impressive nonetheless.

We loved the location but you would definitely need a car (but that's probably true of anywhere in LA isn't it?)

Updated amenities, very clean, easy and convenient checkin and checkout

Ryan was an excellent host. He responded quickly and professionally to every question and issue. My family and I enjoyed a very relaxed and comfortable stay. The unit was very clean and updated. It was exactly how it is pictured online. We were mildly disappointed that there were only twin beds in both bedrooms. My husband and I joked that we were in a 2018 version of I Love Lucy. Despite this, we would surely look to book another stay in the future!

Good location

Great location close to everything. The apartment is nice and spread out. My reasoning for 4 stars and not 5 is the beds. There are 4 twin beds in the apartment. Every time we would sit or go to lay down on the bed you would feel the springs. Every toss and turn you would hear a squeak.
